The installation was good and professional and came off as scheduled. Everything went well until about a month after the installation. I started having a capacitor fail on one of the panels. It would fail and come back on and about a month ago it failed and never came back on. I called my representative and he said the technician would call me back. I waited three days and did not hear from the technician. I called the representative again; he again said the technician would call me back and I waited another three days. I have no idea when the issue is going to be resolved and I am not happy about that. I am getting lower bills with utilities, but I expected them to resolve the issue much more quickly.

I really liked the flow up from the staff. I also like the warranty and product quality.

There was great communication at all steps of the project. The team was very flexible with my complicated timeline and was able to complete the install prior to the 2025 year end so I could get the 30% FTC. The install team was professional and executed a quality install.

National Solar is the most professional Solar Contractor I had the pleasure of doing business. I have talked with several other out of area "Solar Companies" and found their bids were too high and missing a lot of details in their proposal and had many complaints filed with the BBB by disappointed customers.

The installation went smoothly, lots of communication back and forth. The remote monitoring device/software leaves much to be desired. Many days it shows less energy produced then the electrical company shows was delivered to the grid. (not counting what was used before sending extra to the grid)
