We filed a complaint with BBB regarding with the service that we received. We knew that thermostat need to be replaced. But it was no need to charge us $225 for a thermostat that you can find a Home Depot for $49.99. The furnace had a leak that was an additional $313.00.

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.
