Fortunately, I had a clear idea of what I was looking for and Betsy was able to set up a full day of visits so that I could make the most of my time while in town. She worked through the offer process skillfully and we quickly set a closing date. She set me up to work with Prosperity and Shaheen Law firm, which were also positive experiences. As any issues or questions arose, she was quick to follow up and work through them. She is clearly experienced in the process and very pleasant and easy to work with. She has offered to help me multiple times, which has been particularly valuable to me not living in the Richmond area. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her!

The customer service needs to be better- When calling to ask for a quote for a new car on an exostingy policy- it took over 24 hours . After zero reaponse I called and was waiting for the car based on the quote, I was told the person who handles left early. That was not a good answer and there is zero follow up. I probably will cancel my policy ina. Year and find a better agent.

He listened and asked pertinent questions, he used his expertise to build a very nice package that was substantially cheaper than what we had. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional, and the communication was thorough and informative. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and with no reservations.

OMG Jenn is SO nice, she never goes on tangents and she really knows her stuff! You would think she has been doing this for over half her life, its crazy how well she knows her job. Please give her more money and never ever lose her.
