They done a good job , but for I have a leak behind the gutter
The quality of the product, the knowledge of the salesman.
To start, our salesman, Matt, was very professional and NOT pushy. Had this been a high pressure sales pitch, my wife and I would not have purchased anything.
Matt did a great job! Also, having samples of your products to actually see and touch was a plus. Based on all the adds and commercials I have ever seen, I thought the gutters were plastic. Glad they are not!
More expensive than I thought, but with the discounts we got, we were able to justify it in our budget.
Looking forward for it to rain and see how they work!!
The product. Worry free, knowing I have a great product to protect my home, I would refer anyone in need, also the finance was fitted to my budget. No pressure sales, just a good presentation.
Professional staff. Leafguard system adds curb appeal to home
Left all kinds of nails around my yard that I had to pick up before cutting the lawn.
Quality instillation.
Don’t install on bad weather days
The representative first quoted me $14,000 for new guttering and when I told him I couldn't pay that muh, he got the quote down to $6,548. How was he able to bring the price down so drastically? I don't think he was honest with me and I still feel like I was over charged and I just feel like Leaf guard is dishonest. I would never use again or recommend them. I also didn't get any warranty or anything on paper.
They showed up in the rain
The sales inspector (Austin) & installers were great. They were able to install the system the next day.
The Leafguard product and workmanship are superior; I have zero regrets with my purchase. What could be better, however, is the sales process. I absolutely loathe hard sales. If your product is the best value, then you should be confident enough to walk away and let a homeowner think on it. Our sales person is very lucky that my husband was home and willing to pull the trigger on the sale same day. If I had been the only one home (very likely), the sale would not have closed same day and, accordingly to the salesman, we would have had to have a second salesman come out to give a second estimate and sales pitch which, as a busy couple with two active kids and full time jobs, would not have happened. We would have very likely chosen another company to do the work. So, my two cents is do your inspection, make your bid, and then give people a week to think it over. Catch more flies with honey.
Everyone keeps saying way over priced
Nothing , accept large truck ran over my lights at the bridge on my drive.
The work was done on time and very professional. People were friendly and cleaned up everything when they were finished.
The sales Rep who came out to give us an estimate and the quality of the product.
Probably would recommend more but they are very expensive.
I called regarding the $100 gift card I was told I would receive. I mailed it to the address in the letter and it was returned. Also had other questions and someone was to call me back. It's been over a week and still no response. Installation was excellent and crew was very courteous. Concerned if I have an issue in the future it would be an issue to speak to someone that can address my concerns.
We had the old style Leafguard on our house. Just installed the new style on our garage. The larger design is great!!!!!
Competent crew of workers.
That were hear on time and worked thru rain to finish the job
I like the product. But I think it is overpriced.
The work was fine and I like the product. The salesman said that when the job was completed they would submit it to the Insurance company but instead they demanded payment before they would leave my house. The figure that they insisted I pay was not correct. It took months and lots of calls and texts to get my refund. I still do not have the paperwork necessary to submit to the insurance company. I do not have my lien waiver either that I keep asking them to send me. All of this has been very frustrating and time consuming!
LeafGuard of St. Louis offers a product that works very well, and the crew they sent out was very skilled and knowledge in the product.
My work looks great
You are very professional in this task of our guttering.
Leafguard simplified the process, they explained everything in detailed, and I didn't have any problems with them answering all of my questions. It was a very seamless process.
The product is a one-piece product which I liked.
It wasn’t until it rained that I saw that gutter dipped in the corners
My experience with the LeafGuard team was exceptional. I actually had two presentations as there was a lapse of time between my first presentation and purchase. The LeafGuard team made sure that I was satisfied with my original selection and made any necessary adjustments. My installation was actually done the very next day. The installation team was on time, went over my selections and was able to complete the job in just a few hours. I was completely satisfied.
One of the leaders that comes down doesn't seem to flow with the trim at the corner of the house. It is aligned more with another downspout or gutter drain. It just seems odd, at the front of the house, to have the gutter coming down and not following the corner trim piece. It's off by about a foot.
They were fantastic.
+
LeafGuard of St. Louis was really easy to work with.
The gutters have been great with all the rain we have been getting, and they really look good. We love them.
Professional and friendly. Enjoyed talking and learning about how the process was going.
The quality of the product seems very good. I can actually hear the water draining from the gutters whereas I didn't before.
Companies ask for feedback within weeks, call us in a year and see how we feel about the product.
So far, everything is going okay.
I didn’t get everything as promised told her I couldn’t afford but $75-80 monthly n so I got bill n it was way over my limit n she got it down to that much but failed to tell me she took off n didn’t tell me lik she took the base of the bottom for the water to com to its a shame n terrible to lie to make a sale but very dissatisfied
Easy process for the evaluation and estimate. Flexible on the timing for starting the job. Installation went smoothly and a few adjustments made without any significant issue.
The person that was here was very thorough and took her time going over things. She seemed like she cared and had good service. She went through everything, and I was very pleased with her.
Since we haven't had any appreciable rain since they were installed I haven't had much experience with them. I think I jinxed the rain by having them installed
A little pricier than other options
LeafGuard of St. Louis is expensive.
They seem to have the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with the manager, James Smith on several occasions regarding my gutter which were damaged by hail and i needed them to help me prove to the insurance company why they were not functional anymore. He charged me $150 for them to come out every though I have warranty. They gave me a report that didn’t provide any detail as to why it wasn’t functional anymore. He said my warranty was void now. But the se cons time the crew came in, they said it wasn’t bad enough and the warranty isn’t void. I was so unhappy with him that I had to ask for his manager, which happens to be William Folx. He was great in the beginning but he mistakenly sent me a text that was meant for James where he was implying that I was being a pain and he(James) was to just send me a quote so I would “shut up”. They just seem to have the worst attitude after the sale is made. Never again.
Thoroughly satisfied.
Over all it was a very good experince.
My house feels so protected now.
The vent that they installed on the downspout makes a lot of noise when it rains. I'm going to have to figure out how to fix that because we can hear it inside the house.
