Quality, lifetime warranty

The gutters themselves do a fine job when it rains.But I don't feel like they completed what we'd originally talked about.

From start to finish explanation, quality, and finish was superb, never will i let a contractor do my gutters from start. The life time warranty was also a nice touch.

I don't generally make recommendation unless I am asked specifically about something. If asked about Leafguard, I will have only the highest praise.

I originally only wanted Leafguard gutters for my sunroom as I already had them for the rest of the house. I was talked into replacing the existing and included them in the total bill. Guess what, Leafguard was unable to do the sunroom which is what I wanted and now I am paying off a big bill for gutter replacement with NO HELP from Leafguard to fix my original problem!!!

I was not made aware of the fact that LeafGuard will not install the metal cladding on the rake boards. The rake board is the facia board on each peak of a house. The claim by the local office was installing the rake board cladding involves a special skill that their installers do not have.

Installing them correctly from the start would help. Then when I call them back if they would fix it correctly that time, it would help. So my next call will be made soon to correct the leaks yet again

Leafguard is expensive, making it an investment.

They can out and did what they said they would do and if there were any issues they talked to us about it. We had a problem with one gutter on the front of the house, and they kept coming back until the issue was fixed. We are happy with the gutters, and I have no more gutter cleaning to do.

Installers were fast and cleaned up after the job was done

Me having my purchase knowing how much I need, I would just be prudent in recommending to other people. Not that I wouldn't recommend them because they were great, it was more of the physical appliance, the gutter is not what I would recommend.

Rating is lower because of price and aggressive sales

I would recommend the product although I would warn the potential customers of the steep cost and warn them of the salesperson’s “bargaining” and manipulation of the price.

Give me the reasonable price up front. The first price I received was a gold plated scope I did not need.

They were very understanding and patient. It was excellent. I really like the guy that interviewed us and showed us the defects of our drainpipes and our gutters. It was excellent. I look forward to doing more business with him when I add on another room.

I had leafguard gutters put on my hose in chesterfield va years ago, when I moved to Deltaville va the house did not have any gutters on it. That was the first improvement I made was to get me some leafguard gutters put on it. I event had them put on the front of my garage. After a few years I built another garage and had leafguard of Richmond install there gutters on the new building and also on the back of the original garage. They're great.

I was supposed to get a Lowe’s gift card regardless if I signed up to get the gutters or not ,I purchased the gutters, only to find out later that I was misled about the gift card that I never got.I feel this is a bad business practice to do customers like this. I won’t be reffing leaf guard to anyone else.

We love our gutters! They look great, work amazing, and everyone we encountered during the process couldn’t have been any nicer!

A hose that takes the water away from the house detached from one of the downspouts. After days of rain a large hole approximately 24"D & 24"W had developed. After calling about the problem it took about 2 weeks before anyone could fix the problem. The men did reattach the hose to the downspout and told the owner the other downspouts & hoses had been checked and were OK. Although asked to fill the hole, the men said they didn't do that and left. A service call was placed regarding filling the hole and we were told our call would be returned within 24 hours. Still waiting long after 24 hours.

Sales, installation and the product itself are excellent. It is also expensive which is why I gave a “9” on this one.
