Like I said over and over good stuff not so good installer's would be nice if you could fix problem but with another crew or. What I said fell on your death ears.send out the seller so he can explain how what he sold me didn't work on my corner's his selling point

I like the design of the gutter. The use of water tension makes sense to me.

This is the third house that has needed new gutters and this is the third time we have chosen LeafGuard. Our previous two experiences were fantastic and we are counting on this one being just as good. Excited for the next rain storm to see how these bad boys perform.

Because of my schedule, the actual work didn’t start until wintertime and questionable weather, so it took a little longer than planned but management and Cole worked with me and everything was finished to my complete satisfaction.

The person who came to sell us on the gutters showed us a downspout with a piece to take out to clean it out. We did not get those downspouts. I called leafguard and a person called me back. I told him the problem and he told me we didn't get those to save us money. Saving money is great, but we should have been informed of that. My mom paid out $12,000 for these gutters and downspouts. I feel like the explanation we got was a quick excuse. So disappointing.

It. Keeps the extra debris out of my gutters, so I don't have to get on a ladder to clean them.

Took to long to fix our problem

Leafguard did a great job. The only thing I was concerned about was when they did the gutters because the appointment was canceled twice, and the gutters had been lying in the yard for quite a while. Other than that, they did a great job.

I never ever, ever, have to get on a ladder and clean out my gutters. They look great and we have had some absolute down pours and they keep up.

I am very pleased with my leafguard gutters. They look great and are well designed.

I would like for Leafguard to complete their contract. They did not uphold their own contract.

The reason I am given a 2-star rating is that I tried to call them back about making some changes and damage done during installation, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls.

It is hard to get a scheduled repair.

I am currently waiting for someone to come see why there is a leak. First appointment was postponed.

I would recommend Leafguard of Kansas to a friend, although I do need them to come back out as mine are leaking.

A little more attention to detail. I know it was cold and the crew had a drive ahead of them after the job, but I found a few screws that wasn’t completely finished on the roof, there was some debris on the ground that I picked up, and there was some screws missing that I caught as they were about to leave. Nothing I couldn’t have handled, but shouldn’t have had to for the price I paid.

The salesman was helpful in working with our budget, as was his supervisor. The fellas that installed did an excellent job and kept me involved whenever a question arose. I was happily impressed by everyone we worked with and the completed job.

we had Leafguard installed at the end of December on the 10th of January we got a good ice storm, and we had a lot of ice build up on the gutters, but im not concerned about that. We had an ice cycle develop of the soffit behind the rack. I called the guy who gave us the quote and sent him pictures of it. They were going to do something about it. It was right at a 90 degree angle in the gutter system at a valley. I have not heard anything more from them. Donald and Andre were in contact, but I have not heard anything else. It is cold and we do have snow on the ground. I am anxious for them to come out and assess the situation. The board that they put up I am worried will get wet and deteriorate.

Overpriced, pushy, does not follow up, return calls or emails. They don't want to have anything to do with you, once they have your money. They will respond if you leave a bad review, it took weeks to get a call back and even longer to get someone to show up and inspect the gutters. The service tech had been told that we had spoke to someone about different options, when we hadn't. The system filled up with leaves, within a few weeks of installation after a heavy rain. Was promised a gift card just to have them come out, it was never given as they had a better deal

Very expensive

The best guttering system I've seen! Don't waste your time & money on others.

They did a great job, and I was impressed with how quick they were. The last step that is normally done, they did not install the shield because they were afraid it would damage the shingles.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful In providing us with an effective gutter system. The installation crew worked in an Artic cold blast here in Kansas! A great crew!

so far we have not had a big rain event, but what we have had, they seemed to work fine.
