The "selling process" was to long . And the calling into the supervisor is a bit much but overall the process was uneventful. Once the gutters are up the workers are extremely fast and reliable . It was great to just get it all done.

The men were courteous and asked questions before starting. The only problem I witnessed was they need a drop cloth under there cutting of aluminum as I have a small dog like a lot of people and I found more metal pieces around then the roof guys left just a suggestion otherwise I had no issues

The day after we brought the gutters they were installed

From start to finish all the employees representing this company were very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable about their product and about their competitors product. They didn’t talk bad about the others product, just supplied information (which we had already researched) so we could compare the various brands. They also were very honest about their pricing being higher than their competitors. Our main reason for choosing leaf guard is to not go up on a ladder any more to clean them out or hire someone to do it. So far so good. Looking forward to seeing how they work out throughout the year.

The LeafGuard installation happened days after a major blizzard and the guys did a great job installing and cleaning up. Since then we’ve gotten some significant rains and the gutter system works as advertised: no run over at all (which had been a major issue for us in the past).

I like the quality of the gutters

The installers did a great job, cleaned up all the old gutters and pieces that were trimmed during the installation. They even used a blower to clear the driveway of any debris.

I called LG on a Friday, was given an appointment for the home inspection for the following Monday, and the job was completed on Tuesday, the very next day. That's got to be some kind of record, right? But the reason that I highly recommend getting LG is that I am am confident that I purchased the best product on the market (among all the options). I will never have to worry about rotting wood behind clogged, leaking gutters.

Quality, warranty and installation are great, but price is very very high and not easy to foresee

Efficiency and cleanliness

I have found a couple of the old gutter supports around the house, along with a couple of nails. Also the small chips from teh cuts were all washed down the spouts after the first rain.

I would focus more on your sales process. You want to charge top, top dollar for your
gutter systems. You employ high pressure sales tactics to get the sale. How does a $23.5K initial quote come down to an $11.7K final price? Sounds like price gouging. Your salesperson made me feel like I was in a used car lot. I was uncomfortable and would probably not recommend (or recommend with caution) to others.

12,000 is an unreasonable price for gutters. but they ARE quality. but I wouldn’t recommend someone spend that much money on gutters

They were here on time and finished up. They cleaned up good and the work is good. Everything is fine and it hasn't been to much rain. I'm very happy with the people and the product.

I order it one day and they were here the next day. It worked out really well.
