The three gentlemen that came to my home did an exceptional job on a very hot day! They were courteous and very knowledgeable. The last 45 minutes they finished in the rain. My new gutters (300 feet) and downspouts (200 feet) look amazing.

I was very unhakppy with the length of the sales pitch. My salesman was good, but he was here for over 3.5 hours. He would have been here longer if I hadn't rushed him. I did not like that the I had to listen to a very long pitch before seeing the product or pricing. Then, I hated the silly price negotiating. I would have much preferred to see th product and receive a concrete quote.

The installers were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Upon arrival they immediately got to work. Upon completion, everything was picked up and cleaned. Great crew!

I was very pleased with the whole experience. I was driven by the fact that I had to clean my gutters out at least five times this past year. Leafguard offered me a deal where I will not have to clean them out again. Scott their salesman did an exceptional job explaining how the gutters worked and we felt he offered us a good price. Scott was then followed by Michael Cochran and Zeb Miller who meticulously installed each piece. First, Michael and I did a survey of the site to ensure that we agreed on every detail. Then Michael and Zeb completed the whole job in maybe the next three hours, taking down the old gutters, building the facia boards out, covering the new facia boards, applying a strip under the shingles to guide the water to the new gutters and then finally building the new gutters out. Then Michael and I surveyed the area to ensure I was satisfied. Everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left. Please express my appreciation to Scott, Michael, and Zeb for a job well done.

I was under the impression that all boards that were beginning to rot would be replaced,especially if you could see it beside the leafguard.

Came next day worker left battery charger and extension cord and has not returned for them. Gutters had leaks behind them when it rained. Down spouts were pieced with different color than was requested. Called them and they said it would be scheduled but they have not called or returned.

Great product

Crew that installed new gutters and guards didn’t clean up afterwards. Metal leftover after installation was left in the backyard. I have a service dog who thankfully didn’t get cut. They also left multiple metal clips and screws in the yard wherever they were dropped. They left leaves and pinestraw that were sitting on top of the old gutters and just installed over it.

Product seems to be of the highest quality. The gutters look as if they are built into the house. My neighbors are jealous.

I had a great experience with the gentlemen who came out; they were very mannerly, answered any questions I had, and completed the job in a timely manner.

check for need of additional down spout

I had gutters and downspouts installed at my home 3037 Sprucewood Drive, Augusta, GA 30906 in May 2025 and have an un-resolved issue as of today, September 13, 2025. I have sent pictures of the problem and I am still waiting on a reply from Jeremy.

LeafGuard of Columbia has extremely friendly sales representatives who explain everything with great detail. They also have a friendly installation crew who is more than willing to answer any and all questions that a homeowner might have. They are extremely efficient and will install everything right the first time.

Everyone made sure I talked to someone on the phone to "welcome me to the family" or make sure everything went smoothly, which was great at the time of the sale and installation. I haven't heard from anyone since, which would kinda be nice. I have a friend to refer, but I'm not going to go out of my way to call.

Concerns about pricing at beginning of the process. Very high at first,too high. Too much barr going on. I want fair price on first shot. You have a great product but poor price effort.

Overall installers were evidently not trained properly on pitch of the gutters and care of personal grounds property but tearing up my bushes with ladder placement. Regional guy came by and made it right so thus the score of 8. If the Reginal didn't make it right, it could have been a 3 score.

E planning and install went flawless. The product itself looks terrific and has worked as advertised. Love it.

I like the product but think it was too expensive. After further consideration, I could have had a few gutters replaced as necessary and had a filtering system installed for much less. The difference could have paid for many cleanings over the years.
