I don't like the hard sell you put on. The show of calling a manager to lower the price. I should have negotiated down further. I would guess I paid about $3,000 more than I should have.

I'm embarrassed that I paid this much and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone...I was desperate and didn't think I could get anyone to finance me and I know I needed the gutters!!! I also thought they would be closer to black like the salesman told me they would! It doesn't have the look that I thought it would have!!!

Initial installation evaluation was very poor; individuals failed to recognize what would be required prior to scheduling work and starting disassembly.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! They don't even return calls.
They overflow everytime it rains. And it shoots water out of the gutters!!!! My old gutters were Much Better!! I am so sorry I wasted $26000 on this ****!!! The company will not fix it!!! NOW I have water flooding my basement and mold!!!! I HATE YOU!!! This is the WORST decision I have ever made!!!
I am going to talk to my attorney about suing them for damages to my basement. And put this on TV so no one else will get this crap on their home.

Low maintenace on my part, and the added benefit of a good looking product that will be a good selling feature in the future.

Our old gutters system was old, outdated and not installed very well. The Leafguard system has a cleaner look and feel.

Original work was timely, however, not completed. Been waiting fivw weeks and no one has honored their scheduled service appointments. So far at least six appointments with no one showing up or having the courtesy to phone.

I would recommend they service the take time to explain how they work

The installers were very nice, answered my question and was respectful of my home.

I love the finish product very eye appealing. I have yet to discover if Leafguard is all that it is claimed to be.

The technician was good and knowledgeable, found a French drain clogged. Said when we get cleaned let them know and will stop by and hook up properly. I’ve left messages but no return call? Was Friday afternoon maybe

I don't like the way they advertise; they tell you that you are going to receive 75% off installation plus $250 for an additional promotion, and then he said he would give me 100% off installation. But you don't, because the price is so high. You don't get a bargain at all. He was here for over four hours, and not once did he mention the price until the end. He was a nice and polite young man. He never would tell me the price until the very end; I was shocked at the price he quoted me. I have a small house, and there are only gutters across the back and across the front. At the end, he quoted me $22,000; to me, that was outrageous. He got on the phone and talked with someone, and they brought it down to $16,000. I had already told him I had $3,000 to spend. He finally got it down to $12,000 and finally agreed to it, and I should not have agreed to it. I think he was pulling a con; I think the company pulls a con; the gutters look great, but they are not worth $12,000.

First appointment got canceled on me. You need to fix your text message notifications. They say nothing about responding to the text to confirm appointments.

The mess I had to clean up they were supposed to be here in the morning they came at six in the evening

The quality of the product

Leafguard delivered what they promised our first rainfall there was hail and heavy rain and we had no water falling onto our windows walls. It was great.

Leafguard had great communication with me from the start. They explained how the gutters worked and how they would be installed. They constantly asked if I had any questions. They let me know when they were arriving. The installation looks great. They cleaned up very thoroughly.

Great service and gutters installed the next day. Hope this increases our home’s value

The team installed the gutters in a way who is illegal for townhouses and created us more flooding then previously. Before the installation I talked about this problem with Zack then later on with Jacob and his team. Nobody want to help us with our problem and I don't have any call back. Plus they didn't completely close some gutters on the top part

The work crew was very professional. They did the work in one day and cleaned up when they were done.

The price is right

Leafguard did a good job. They worked hard and got it all done.

I feel the salesman overstated the possible problems with the fascia. They did not have to replace much, and the workers said it was in good shape. No mention was made of possible lead paint causing a delay. The installers started ripping down the gutters and then left them in non working condition for several heavy rains waiting for the construction team

Leaf Guard was deceitful in their representation to us. We wanted to get a repair, and they wound up doing new gutters when we didn't need that. The representative came back a second time unannounced. He was not a reasonable person to talk to, and I didn't want them to come back here, especially that person.
