I like the convenience of having a fitness centre close to home, and the fact it is clean and never overcrowded. The equipment is fine also. I would like to see the fitness centre expanded one day if possible.

This is a great facility for a community of this size. The equipment provides what I need and the M-F staff members are great! I love the mission and the people. A couple of observations (not criticisms - just thoughts) 1) we need more treadmills, OR, walkers who are also on their phones (scrolling and talking) should use the track. If you are under 30 and walking slow enough to scroll, you don't need a treadmill; 2) related to this, the weekend staff spend too much time on their phones and not enough time monitoring the room.

Clean and friendly/not too busy! My only complaint is the showers are poor/ no water pressure!

I really enjoy the ymca, the staff are amazing and there is classes and equipment for everyones needs and abilities. I just wish there was an option just for classes at a cheaper rate
I find the 80.00 for enhance is alot of money especially if i only attend a few classes and have no interest in the gym equipment. My sister waa asking as she liked to join classes too but agreed the 80.00 a month is alot during this time for classes.

The ymca as it exists is fine but it would be great to have a yoga studio and a pool.

The Shores Y feels more homey due to its small size, it’s clean, well managed, and provides various workout areas. In addition, there is good quality cardio equipment and weight training equipment to choose from.

Friendly staff accommodating for child minding fun place to go and work out

This is one of the busiest YMCAs around here and it's way too small for the number of people attending. The equipment is VERY old and in need of updating. Forest should be on the list for a new YMCA or move the Y into the gym space to have more available space for members.
