Klam Construction owner Abel Serrano was highly recommended by our financial advisor to replace our roof. He had his roof replaced by Klam and was very impressed with the quality of their work. We are very glad that we decided to go with Klam Construction to replace our 22 year old roof as they did a fantastic job beginning to end!
Abel thoroughly examined our roof and even took pictures of inside our attic which had water damage. He then explained in complete details, including drawing diagrams of how he would replace our roof. Abel is extremely knowledgeable and confident in the roofing business. After initially meeting with him, we felt confident in going with him. And he did deliver! No corners were cut and the whole process went very smoothly. And the crew were great! They were friendly, efficient and hard working! And they left our yard clean and debris free. And fact, several neighbors watching them are so impressed that they will consider Klam Construction to replace their roofs when they are needed! Thank you Klam Construction!!

The owner of the company and his foreman came to bid the project. They took the time to educate me on ventilation and how it impacts my house. The team was clearly happy while working, and they paid close attention to detail. They did a great job. I would hire them again for another house.

Klam Construction performed a roof replacement at our primary residence. The proposal was delivered within two days and was very detailed. Jairo pointed out things that needed to be repaired with the attic ventilation system and the bathroom fan(s) exhaust to meet current code. The crew that performed the work were very professional and did an awesome job. They were all polite and courteous. During the replacement process the foreman kept me updated on the process and where the crew was at with their schedule. Upon completion they left the yard in better shape than when they arrived.
Katie in the office provided timely proposals and contract documents. She was great to work with over the phone. When the roofing crew identified that they needed less boards than what was on the proposal she adjusted the overall price to reflect what was actually used.
I would highly recommend Klam Construction for your roofing needs. They operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism. From the office to the foreman to the crew the entire process was seamless.

Klam was quick to respond and efficient in the installation. The estimate was very thorough and included a drawing of the scope of work that outlined in detail what areas would have specific products installed. This allowed to envision the work before it happened and also was useful to alleviate any miscommunication issues that could have happened during the project. The roof looks really great, and I feel they were very detail oriented.

The people we worked with at Klam were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent - all of my questions were answered and I got the impression they really cared about my experience.

Have already recommended KLAM to anyone I know who owns a roof! This is the most positive experience I have ever had with a major home improvement project. I had "dreaded" having to replace my roof, but from the very first call with KLAM, their professionalism made it easy and enjoyable. Abel spent almost two hours assessing the situation, and explained in great detail what was needed. The communication was flawless (kudos Katie), the workmanship was outstanding (kudos Manuel), the hardworking crew made sure that every step of the process was professional. They kept the property spotless and corrected long-standing ventilation problems on my home, so the roof is now much better than new. I continue to be impressed by Abel, whose personal final inspection involved going up on the roof again and meticulously checking out every detail firsthand. This company is 100% a pleasure to do business with.
