Sales agent threaten there would be a lean places on my house if I did not schedule the start date… because they had all product ready… 1- floor he had where incorrect .. 2-the shower was incorrect (drain not centered and shower curb not as we requested and agreed with sale agent n he forgot to add additional items to the contract as we agreed .. Also manger fail to advise the curb top would need to be added prior to the walls. So now this is a whole mess. We had to redo paint per the job wasnt done professionally..
and it’s been 1 month n the glue/******* is cracking… I had to remind the contractor to seal the edges / to do repair on the roof per the contract and to paint the small closet in the bathroom per the sales agent and I agreed it was the whole bathroom…
Shower shelf were installed by contractor's apprentice n he forgot to add the glue inside to make them sturdy he had to redo them. also told contractor we didn’t want the grab bar inside shower… n he forgot to tell his prentice and added the grab bar. Also manager was supposed to order the shower curb the first week they started the remodel per sales agent forgot to order the correct height. Well is still not done . the person who came in a couple days ago advised this should have been done before the walls. This company is a whole freaking mess… they advised it would take one week , we figured two since it’s a whole remodel well it was 3 weeks.. contractors seem to do multiple jobs at once and they would come late n leave early.. days they would work like 4 hrs

Feel like I got bait and switch buy sales man. Because the windows I got sold on were not the windows I got installed.I had the installer put them in because was tired of the run around. Not being told what was going on the previous 3 weeks. My self having to call and find out what was going on. The only people I feel that did there job to perfection was the install company. I told them I would pay for the windows when finished in cash but they ran a credit account on the purchase anyway stating that the way they do it. Then having to sign more paperwork to do a cash sale instead of using the credit line they forced was treated me to apply for. The salesman man was supposed to give me quotes on the other windows so I may purchase and do the install my self, but not follow up! Don’t think I’ll be doing that! Not happy of how I treated. They were great to work with. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. Any issues that I had were taken care of before work was started. Gavin, and Oscar were great to work with. I would definitely use them again on other house projects that I will be needing. They started on a Monday and were done with everything on Friday however I changed a couple of things do they stayed on last day to finish everything up. Great team!!!

K-Designers has very good windows. The employees were very respectful, communicated very well, & did a great job.

I love my bathroom now.

Though it did take slightly longer than expected, but that was most likely due to the changes I have made.

My windows have less tint now. I don't feel like they are as energy efficient as my old ones. I can't really get a rebate as my windows don't qualify for gas and only the small rebate for the power company. Then, I can't get the one for the power without the square footage. I asked for it, but never received it. All of my windows were put in opening the opposite direction. We'll, except for one that we definitely needed changed.

I would highly recommend k designers to my friends and family.

Professional, on time for job, kept me informed with times and expectations of supply delivery. Knowledgeable laborer and very concerned with project being done right and even sooner than expected.

K-Designers was a rollercoaster to work with. It was up to me to figure out who I was to communicate and work with of the 4 people from K-Designers. I was originally told between 1-3 days to complete the bathroom remodel but it took about 3 weeks. I was told that 1-3 days was possible as a large crew would be tackling the work but a single subcontractor was sent out for 90% of the work. Overall, the bath, toilet and vanity were done well.

Subcontractor who did the majority of the work was great and communicated well. However, the project manager and master plumber were unpleasant to work with.

When a leak in the main stack was identified, the master plumber offered to replace the section but not the entire main stack. I understand why but the rude attitude after I said I’d reach out to other plumbers to replace the entire main stack was uncalled for.

The project manager who was wrapping up the project was cleaning up the details was at first responsive and pleasant to work with. Paint touchups, finishing the shelves, fixing the out of level mirror, protruding switch were the items to wrap up. After finishing the shelves and caulking, he rushed in to get a signature saying that it was only for the wet areas and major renovations and that he’d be back to wrap up the other items. After getting the run around for 3 weeks, I have given up trying to get them to come fix up the remaining items.

What started out as a good experience ended in a poor experience. I will not be using nor recommending K-Designers again.

Oscar ripped out our old shower and installed the new one quicker than I expected and our new one looks fantastic. And, he explained everything he was doing along the way. Great guy, great work.

Kind, very informative, knowledgeable on products and work needed to be done. Willing to do partial installation so we could lower the cost and complete final results on our own. Fast and friendly service with builders.fast to answer questions when asked.

Kelvyn Terry was a man of his word and made my Wife and I more than happy with the final product.

How do I tell you? The sales person tells me one thing and because he failed to put it in the contract there was nothing he could do. We'll you have lost my trust

I didn’t have the Best experience. There were so many mistakes that were made and the time frame on how long the job took was really un expectable. If it weren’t for some of the staff that work there I would have rated even lower.

I would recommend K Designers to anyone who is looking for home improvement projects.

Multiple elements of the job were done incorrectly. I the K Design team resisted my objection to the work. Communication was very poor.

KP Designers were wonderful to work with . They were efficient and timely. They came in and gave me a quote and worked with me on payment options. The peopel came in and did it the same day. They were clean and professional.

From start to finish with everyone I interacted with was the feeling that I had made the right decision to select K-Designers as my choice to work on the project I had at hand. It began with me meeting with an array of estimators all vying for the contract. To be fair some of the estimates were both higher and lower than K-Designers but the quality of the product offered tagged with the professionalism of the people made this a simple decision. The workmanship was stellar, precise, and added value to the final overall appearance of the room. I couldn't be happier.

The salesperson was here until 9:30 pm. That was a little long from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Other than that, he was very cooperative and helpful. He was very good.

I love my walk in shower. It is great that it is beautiful but it has made my life so much easier and safer.

Being disabled, I needed this but was concerned about how the instalation would inconvenience me. I shouldn't have worried, K Designer was easy to work with and the installer was a joy. He was so considerate and accomidating. Glad to work with them again. Beyond satisfied.

The price was high, and although the end result looks good, the shower drainage does not work quite as advertised.

I was impressed with the quality of the product offered and after the installation of the walk-in shower my wife was no longer concerned about her safety getting in and out or slipping because of the grab bars and non slip floor.

The project was all completed in less than 3 weeks

Yes! I'd recommend K-Designers to a friend, and I'd also recommend you send the “Mario Brothers”--the two men who worked together. They did pretty good work out here, and they did an excellent job working together.

One guy showed up on time every day and the other guy showed up when he wanted to. Apparently, he was the boss. He sometimes did not show up till noon or 1pm, and the other guy has been there for 4 hours working alone. He did his best, but apparently the other guy is the boss. It would have been nice if the other guy had showed up at the same time so they could have got it done faster. I had a safe step walk in tub put in my other home, and they got it done in one day. They had 6 guys working. This one was just one guy for almost all of it and one guy part time, who is apparently the boss. It took a little longer than I thought it should have taken them. Otherwise, I would have given them a ten because the tub looks great.

I hate and do not approve of K-Designers - Salt Lake City at all. I would not recommend K-Designers - Salt Lake City. They are very unprofessional, do not follow code, argue when asked questions, and their customer service is horrible. They threatened to put a lien on my house, and the job was not completed per the city code.

They didn't have everything here to get it done. We had to end up going with corner shelves. They were able to work things out. I just wish it would have worked out the original way.

Windows looked good on installation but they were not tinted as much as I expected. When I tried to have them tinted I found out the glass is installed backwards except for 1 window out of 12. If I put tint on them it can not be removed without scratching the window. They will not make this right.
