I rated Joyce in the middle. I am only 1 update completed, and unfortunately, I do not like my new door. Mind you, I paid good money for the product and I will now need to go buy paint and redo the door in a better color choice. (Spending more money, of course. )
The process has been pleasant, and when the rep and myself finished talking bathroom, I suggested a new front door. It IS difficult to choose colors/materials viewing a tablet screen versus real samples. I made my decision because it's really the color I was looking for in a change. The stained glass is gorgeous! No change there.
I got a little concerned that maybe the color would be too red or burgundy...so the rep made another trip to look together at sample colors through his tablet. I went with brown because that is safe. (I did think it would be a little darker than what actually came. I don't like the color at all. When I called (a few days later) I was told that I had changed my mind earlier so we really should keep the door. The only recommendation was perhaps painting it. I don't want something that I paid good money for (because I considered a big box store door) and hate the main color.
I take the responsibility for changing my mind. But now that it's installed, I am happy when it gets dark because then you don't see the ugly oak color. (Yes, oak is a lighter color, but it looked darker in the picture as I recall.) Nonetheless, what do you do? I don't like my expensive front door color. I am embarrassed.

Price is on point. The installation team were great! Swapped out 20 windows on thl1 day and came back the next to make sure they were sealed, trim done and make sure I knew everything about them. They were very neat inside and outside of the house.

I do not like how my shower turned out.

For health reason we need a walk in shower. We have totally enjoyed the walk in shower.

Everything was installed in a timely manner and the shower was installed correctly; however I felt we were mislead by the salesman a bit when he stated that Joyce uses in-house installers but our install was done by a third party. Additionally, the the actual color we had chosen from samples and pictures looked a lot different (a lot more green hue).

My order got lost. I booked with this company because they could get it done while I was out of town. Right before I got back into town I called to make sure they were almost finished. I hadn’t even ordered the product. I was 4 weeks delayed, which meant I couldn’t rent my unit when I needed to. Which meant I lost a month of rent. Suddenly, this bathroom update was costing me a whole lot more money. No one called me back to hear my complaints and consider options despite my requests. No one took responsibility for the problem. Everyone pointed their finger at someone else.

Doesn't fulfill what their salesperson tells their customers when they tell them the loan is interest-free, and then it isn't. Also, keep the customer informed of the time for the arrival of the windows. I had floors that had to be replaced due to water damage, and I didn't want them both at the same time. The floor workers had to finish the inserts in the big windows as they couldn't do it before.

They are a little expensive.

They were efficient, they were clean, and they did everything they said they would do.

Team arrived on schedule and finished a 10 window replacement by 3;00.

I love the look of the windows.

What we got is not what we expected.

The entire team and staff were very professional, reliable, and effective throughout the presentation, preparation, and installation.

When I signed the contract with them, I was given the incorrect discount amount. I spoke to the manager; he assured me he would take care of it. The increase to the discount was not applied to the balance I owed. I did pay it, and that was a mistake. I reached out concerning the discount and no one has responded. I do not trust them. They did not do what they said they would do and are not trustworthy.

Everything was perfect except for they missed the bottom slanted step.

I was not totally satisfied.

Work was done very timely. The men cleaned everything up nicely and were very respectful.

I have already recommended them to multiple family members and friends.

I had several companies quote for my bath and windows install, but I really appreciated both of your sales guys, Aaron (windows) and Scott (bath). They gave me all the information needed, patiently answered questions, and I did not feel pressured or manipulated with either, as I did with other companies. It was refreshing. And then, your customer service was excellent, and both install teams were professional and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Thank you.

You guys can never get the order right and the work is shoddy. I complain and you say it's not your fault. They took the shower head out and it was fine. I upgraded.

They left a hole in the wall that I had to ask them to go in and fixed. They slapped a patch on the wall.

The technician was very cordial and skilled. He was neat and kept the work area clean and did not leave a mess. I chose not to have Joyce do my flooring, so it would have been nice to have the tub caulked along the floor instead of a gap where the original tub and new tub meet the floor and wall, until I did get my flooring completed. The unfinished look was not very appealing.
