This is my local shop close to my home so it is easy to drop in to hqve either one of my cars serviced . But the service is hit or miss... and it seems like the management and staff is constantly changing except for the fellow Kyle he is always there sometimes friendly sometimes not. This particular time I asked about the vacuuming of the back floor, when I brought my other car in last work it was not done and I was told that I had to request it so at this service I requested it...and it still was not DONE...so why instruct me to ask. It is all about customer service, quality of service, convenience, and consistency. Which at this locatuon is ALWAYS hit or miss
Firstly the glove compartment was left on the floor of the front seat so I had to tell them to put it back.
Today my wife drove to New Jersey and the Undertray fell down and was dragging as my wife was driving. This was a horrible experience. Her stepfather is in hospice and she spent much of her day trying to figure out what was wrong . When she got home after a horowing episode I noticed that not all the screws were put back. I don’t know what to even ask for. I would like someone to please get in contact with me asap

Typical chain service- go in for an oil change and get shown everything else wrong with your car. They were courteous, efficient, and did nothing wrong, but had to request them removing several items off of the invoice that weren't necessary. Not planning on coming back unless I can't get mobile mechanic (about the same price for an oil change and I don't need to leave my house).

An employee at the Pikesville Jiffy Lube “took” ( I don’t want to use the word stole) the rubber Honda keyfob cover from my key which I had bought from the dealer. How they thought it wouldn’t be recognized, I don’t know. They were all young, and I didn’t mention it. But I’ll never go back there.
I was told my oil couldn’t be changed because I had an oil leak. I had the oil change less than 1000 miles by jiffy lube and didn’t have an oil leak then or ever. I believe something was done that they don’t wanna fix or admit to.
The staff very very helpful and mindful of my needs as well as the car’s. Car was fixed and running like a dream. They were upfront about the cost and worked with me closely sovai truly understood.
