Me gusto el servicio y la sinceridad, quería cambiar los breaker pads de mi carro y me dijero que todavía servian, pero aun así los decidi cambiar, lo unico que no me pareció que es obligatorio comprar los repuestos con ellos, yo las habia comprado y me lleve la sorpresa que me dijeron que no podían usar las que yo compre. The technician destroyed my cabin air filter when removing it, despite me requesting only an oil change. When I was called up to the counter, I was asked if I wanted it replaced with zero acknowledgment of the damage. When the damage was pointed out to the salesmen (the filter was literally broken in two), the salesman stated that he would give me a discount on the oil change. The original price I was quoted for the oil change, the only work I intended to get on the vehicle, was $104 before tax. The final total ended up being very nearly $180, with the difference being nearly $70 for the cabin filter.

I always go there for my service with my oil change, they are always helpful and do a great job!

I always receive great service at this location. This is why I keep going back and now has my co-workers who are close by go there as well.

The last time I went, they checked my filters—the cabin filter and the engine filter—and because I didn’t replace them, they left the covers off to the side. They should have put them back on. Also, you sent me an email reminding me about my oil change, and it included a $25 coupon, but the guy on the invoice told me it didn’t apply to my discount. You should be more professional.

They did fine but they put the setting for oil change notification at 3000 after I told them to put it at the manufacturers recommendation which was 6000. When I drove back to ask them to change it, I waited 10 minutes. She set it at 5000 and refused to fix the problem. I let her know that Subaru said 6000 miles and she snidely said they weren’t Subaru. She was a tattooed lady who took a long time to just get a sticker and never adjusted the notification. I will never go back to the Jiffy Lube in Laurel again.
