The service was okay but there was a $20 difference for my oil change at the Beltsville location i normally pay $62 with it originally being $72 and with my medstar employee discount taking $10 off I have paid $62 for almost four years so when I say the price and asked why I was simply brushed off and told it was just because they charge more than the Bladensburg location I will never return to that location JUST BECAUSE

I want to get service that I requested I specifically asked for oil change and tire rotation but they did do the oil change and checked other things but not the rotation and I was not happy for what they charged me so I couldn’t wait for the tire rotation so I left without it.

I would recommend for a fast oil change. But the service was very subpar. The employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I had to watch them to make sure they did everything properly. I was told my wipers were ripped, which was untrue because I replaced them les then 24 hours before going to get an oil change.

My oil change service was fast and everyone was professional.

I use a cane it was difficult to walk between a truck and a cart with tools across from it!! $80 to diagnose a check engine light?? OK if you get the work done at Jiffy Lube because that is deducted from the repair!!
