Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was wonderful to work with, and even though we had a few hiccups, they were extremely professional about it. They took care of things in a timely manner, kept me in the loop, and I never had trouble getting in touch with someone or getting my questions answered.
They were very helpful and quick once everything was ready for installation.
Everything completed from start to finish was excellent workmanship and I wished I had used them on my previous bathroom project.
My experience was when the first team came to tear up and install, they ran into a problem with a code violation due to my foundation. The builders used total concrete, and I live in a first floor condo. All they told me was that it was a code violation and to contact Little & Young, my HOA. I went round and about multiple times, and the only information I got was to contact my HOA. I understand they could not do anything for me at the time, but I felt that it could have been communicated to me better.
I chose to get it, but other people can make their own decisions.
Consultation session; quality of materials; options suggested for financing; and consistent communication from Ms. Shalonda from the headquarters office were all excellent!
I did not like the customer service.
Communication up to instalation was very poor, The install was very, very good.
The installers were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning and installing and cleaning up afterwards.
I love the technician who came out and actually did the installation.
The gentlemen were on time, cleaned up after themselves, they were all very polite, and they stayed with the work until they got it done, which was over 10 hours that they were here. So, I can't complain about it not getting done in one day or them not being here on time. I think they did a really good job. We love the shower.
Jacuzzi was friendly and nice; everything was good.
Not at this time
They were the best that I have had. I had a guy put a bathroom in from Lowes and he didn't do it good.
My check was processed twice within 3 days which could have been financially embarrassing. They discounted the job $500. for that. The workers were here 2 full days. They should not advertise a 1 day project.
They came at 8:30 in the morning, and they left at 1:20 the next morning, and I didn't think that was okay.
I am completely satisfied with what they've done. I had to have surgery on my knee and couldn't get in the bathtub. They gave me a shower in no time at all. It was completed in one day. I had seen the commercials and didn't believe they could do all of it in one day. I live in an old house and they did fantastic. I had two installers who worked long, steady hours. They did take lunch break that I provided because they were doing so good. They were very professional. I went from no shower, to having one I could walk right in. I kept falling and I called them up to fix it. I was throughly pleased.
They did a great job. They were very professional and personable. We didn't mind having them in our home.
While the installers were fine, trying to get info after the fact has been difficult.
Some of the materials were not ordered by the salesman and I have not received any call from him regarding the mix up. It’s was a lot of stress dealing with all the things not correct and I expect to have everything corrected before I am satisfied
We scheduled estimates with the three top rated companies in our area. Jacuzzi was the final presentation and Ivy immediately separated your company from the rest. Her knowledge of your product, options, installation, warranty and her personal experience with VA/ ADA clients made our decision easy.
The installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. They were extremely courteous and left everything very clean. The products seem of very good quality as well.
When I was approached by them, it was suppposed. to be a one day service. It is now 3 weeks with 2 attempts to get it in satisfactory form. They are absoluely horrible. I had to stopped them and I have tried many times to contact Jacuzzi in Raleigh to get a reply.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a good job. It took one day as advertised. I was satisfied with the work.
Job not completed
They came in, so polite, and they we just wonderful.
The product is good but I bead disappointed with the lack of experience from the installers and substitution randomly made with the shower head.
Also the salesman made promises that the installers would not do
Also caulking job needs to be redone
The guys came and went without any mess for me to clean up.
Very unhappy with the cost. I thought I had an agreement with Ivy for just under $15,000 . I didn't require a change order which was my fault. Verbal agreements no longer hold up.
They do not know what the word "schedule" means. It was supposed to be a one- to two-day installation. It was scheduled for December 29th and the 30th. Thirty days from the purchase. It was put off for two weeks more and then scheduled for the 13th of January. It took two days. The 13th and 14th. There were two issues wrong. The production manager came out two days afterwards. He looked at the two issues. He agreed that they should be repaired. The scheduling was a nightmare. For each scheduled appointment, they did arrive the same day, but the hours were not correct. They were at an inconvenient time. Finally the repairs were corrected one week and a half later. The last repair was February 4th. The project still has not been inspected yet. They do not call to let you know when someone will come out to inspect. All in all, at the end of the nightmare, we did get a good shower. I want it to be known the shower is usable now and looks nice.
The installation time took too long from the sales to the installation; the installation itself took too long.
I think they did a good job. I have no complaints about the process. The guys did a good job. I was very happy with it.
Love the product very nice installer’s but it took 6 days to finish
I was very disappointed with the customer experience provided by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.
There was a lot of misconception about the actual start of the install.
The price we paid for a shower, I had better expectations.
