Lots of good choices- there are several styles and color combinations.The work is done in one day. The installers are professional. The quality of my shower is outstanding. Everything works. It’s easy to clean. You only use water and vinegar. No special cleaners that they sell you.

The material product is great, so far at least. The install was waaaaaay over the expected time at just over 12 hours - we were told to expect 6-8 hours. The install failed to properly secure the pipe coming out of the wall that the shower head is on and required us to call your techs back out. When I booked the appointment, which they gave me a confirmation number to, the tech never showed. To make matters worse the manager said there was no confirmed booking for me even though I had the confirmation number. I came to learn that my appointment was just never put in the books, but they gave me a confirmation number for the scheduled appointment. All of this after your staff verbally slammed all the other 'similar companies' out there that are doing shoddy work. I have to ask you all, what do you classify as shoddy work; because your staff displayed shoddy work a number of times.

The measurements are off! The ceiling and the wall panels are not even on the side. The front of the base does not look good at all.

I was impressed with the overall approach the workers took to doing and completing the job.

The work that was done does not reflect the price that was charged. The wall behind the toilet was not supported it was only siliconed. The wall was able to move and the silicone came apart. There was an open gap between the shower and the mirror. The faucet was loose after the job was done. The water pressure coming out of the faucet for hot water has no pressure. I spoke to the worker about it and he stated that was normal. The water pressure before the work was done was strong on both hot and cold water.

The installers were, Melvin and Alex worked hard to install the walk-in shower perfectly. They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied

They provided timely updates regarding the ordering of my supplies and timely scheduling when the remodeling work would start.

First it did not take 1 day to complete, second some materials were not sent and the shower head sent was the wrong one and the walls were not the same as was pictured on the picture the salesman drew to me. I should have received a discount for all the hassle I went thru. The workers were fine they did a good show

The only trouble with the whole bathroom is that the base was too slippery. I had to get a rubber mat to keep myself from sliding around and falling.

Every thing was satisfactory however my friends think it was too expensive.

It has been a problem. They are supposed to come back and fix the bathroom because they messed it up. The walls are not level, so I can't put any doors in, so I have been unable to use the bathroom for months since they have been here putting it in. I am still waiting for them to come and fix it. They were actually supposed to come today, and they canceled again. The people that they hired locally are not showing up to work, so they had nobody to come fix the walls today so that I could actually use my bathroom.

Absolutely because the quality of the work done and the quality of the new shower is worth every penny. The techs that worked on our new shower were exceptional in communicating every detail and the final product shows the hard-work that was put into it. Plus it is all backed by a lifetime warranty. Will recommend every time.

He was very nice and did a great job cleaning up. I appreciated the visit, but I still need the hot water fixed.

Too many mistakes by salesperson

The person that came was not clear initially on what was going t happen to my remodeling in full. I'm 90 years old and I did not understand what to expect because they did not clear it up. A lot of things that I thought was going to be included or supposed to happen didn't and I'm very disappointed with that.

I noticed that the contract I received contained my name incorrectly, and I also received documentation that appears to belong to another company.

Everything as promised. Finished in a day and looks great.

They came in two weeks ago and did my bathroom, and for the last two weeks I am waiting for the bathroom door.

Installers were awesome. However, shower fixtures do not match grab bar. called customer service several times, so far no action from Jacuzzi.

Well, you’re gonna have to ask me after we get done with this problem I had after the install. I was very satisfied. I was even satisfied after the sales and when I decided to go with this program, but after the install, I discovered that there was no water pressure and there was very little hot water at all and that the tiles for the shower had like an eighth of an inch movement would change everything but they weren’t working properly. I left a message for the sales guy, but he was MIA. I don’t think it’s his fault entirely. I think the company doesn’t allow the sales people to go back and have a visit when the install is done. He was gonna come that day at the end of the day he noticed you showed up he was gonna come the next day. He never showed up. They sent them to Kendall the next day. He couldn’t show up and I know he’s dedicated to his job, but I think this is the company’s fault you should allow the guy who makes a sale to calm and basically closed the whole deal by visiting the site and seeing if anything went wrong after the it makes you look bad it makes him look bad and it’s not very satisfying for the customer

Extremely disappointed in the hook and reel scheme where your given a ton of promises and given a hassle. From the day of install we were lied to. Jacuzzi’s installer’s were sub contractors, the product was poor quality. (Same fiberglass tub I was replacing).

The workers were very considerate of my property and cleaned up after themselves very well and the work was done within 8 hours.

The customer service sucks!! First I TOLD that it ONLY takes (1DAY)so I was given a (DATE) The salesman said he had to get back with us after he contact ( DARREN ) I then was given ( 2 different ( DATES ) my husband and I decided on the ( DATE ) no one called to say that WE had to call to CONFIRM the ) DATE ) We thought that would be the company saying hey we will be there just confirming the ( DATE ) so We are WAITING and WAITING and NO ONE SHOWED UP and when my husband called we were told that it was OUR JOB to called THEM to CONFIRM so we were WAITING for ( DARREN ) to call us to setup another day so the following week someone just show up without calling to say we are here to do a job I had a STROKE and I TOTALLY not ready because my husband was at WORK and was home with my ( NURSE ) SO ( MIKE & DARREN) Then tells that it’s OUR fault and ANOTHER DATE was set I then asked if I could be compensated for Our inconvenience and I RECEIVED PURE **** 🤬 and when I called the company the so called Manager (Darren) out of the Miami office was VERY RUDE and when I called the salesman (Mike) he then told me he had nothing to do with it and (Darren) was the person to call and I received a lot of ridiculous excuses…. WHAT EVER YOU DO RUN From this company JACUZZI BATH FITTER BECAUSE THE ARE FULL OF ****😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The structure of the tub is very good, and they were able to get the work done in one day.

I was told that my wall had to be cut and squared for the installation and that the wall would be completed. The wall is not completed and the foot step was never installed in the shower. Reached out to him and havent hesrd back since he had a family emergency over a month agao.

I'm extremely happy with all aspects of my new shower installation!
