Lots of waste in yard (large screws, cigarette butt, large roof bits), no comms at all from roof team unless I initiated. Gutter guys however were great

Areas Of Satisfaction - Stevan, the crew leader was friendly, and helpful. Added extra flashing were there was none before. Cleaned my gutters for the first time! Roof caps were upgraded at no added charge. Very pleased with the roof appearance and workmanship.

After the roof was complete, a minor defect was found in one of plywood boards. Instead of trying to down play it, Ironhead sent a crew back to fix it. They wanted the make sure the job was complete and measured up to their high standards of workmanship.

Crew knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work.

Meeting their agent, scheduling in an excellent timeframe, communication from the team, cleaning up after themselves, and of course quality of workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and my neighbors are also impressed with the speed and workmanship of the crew.
