It’s expensive and to learn it fully costs time and extra money. I’m too busy running my business to be savvy in this program but I can’t hire an in house administrator besides myself. I’m definitely not using to its full advantage. I wish they offered more programming support with the monthly fee.
Way too hard to operate, Salesforce is horrible
well we've asked for help with creating a doc from our quote,(creating the spec sheet)(that being said we do need items in a certain or close to certain place on the doc) but the only solution we were given was a system that now requires a double entry system. Which does work but is susceptible to error because of the double entry system. We been customer for ten+ years but seems as of the last couple hard to get the level of service that we did in the past!!
Reporting is cumbersome. Integration with Vendo stinks.
i work remote and sometimes i am constantly logging in and out. Ive done this for years but recently i need to verify everytime that happens and it is very time consuming
The onboarding person I currently have is excellent
I like the platform but keeping up with the discontinued "stuff" is overwhelming and support has been non-existant!
Great for a small business that doesn't need to track costing, inventory, or have multiple tiered pricing; easy and quick to outgrow.
