I use my membership for aquasize classes. The only useful one which I am grateful for is the Saturday am one. I live just a short distance from our Gretna Y but drive 15 miles into Papillion Landing as they offer multiple daily am class offerings where the instructors do really make us move. The Landing also incorporates an indoor "lazy river" for further exercise. I am currently using the "Y" for individual exercise. I do plan to sign up for adult swim lessons as I do not know how to swim as well as I am comfortable with. So kudos to the "Y" for offering that instruction as this is the only one that does. Your employees are very friendly and helpful. Please consider offering more aquasize classes.
Beautiful facility, friendly staff, love the classes & walking track!
The staff is always very helpful. The facility is kept very clean and tidy. I really like the individual changing rooms and the locker system. I use the walking track the most.
It’s great with all kinds of choices and at a reasonable cost. I already recommend it!
Very nice pool!
There is so much to do there. Lots of equipment and room.
Love the people who run the facility!
wide variety of classes
The Gretna Crossing YMCA has a large variety of classes and workout equipment. There is something for everyone!!! I especially enjoy the e-Gym. It is a complete workout!
how staff has treated me and my family
Love the lazy river bootcamp and live Becky! She does an excellent job!
I'm still sorely disappointed that membership to the outdoor swim park isn't included with our Y membership. Additionally, i find that the weights area is not conducive to a a strength training/pilates type of work out. there's no good place to do floor exercises. And, if Y memberships do not include the outdoor swim area, then there should be designated parking reserved for gym goers. During the summer, some days it is impossible to find a parking spot.
The pool is amazing and the shower area is very inclusive. I wish I lived closer.
Staff is professional and very nice. Facility is clean. Steam room seems to be out of service often.
I like the classes and the staff are friendly.
Friendly staff! I enjoy the walking track
I have a hard time sitting in the white chairs available as my kids swim for hours. Sometimes I can’t even find a chair, and I really wish I could just bring my own chair to be more comfortable. I am too old to sit on the ground. I also want to be able to bring a guest and still enter the member line. It prevents me from inviting my kids’ friends because of the hassle.
We carry a membership during the summer that my husband’s job reimburses us for so that we can get the season pass to the outdoor pool. It is frustrating to pay for the season pass & often find the pool at capacity so we can’t get in. It’s also frustrating that there isn’t a way to know if it’s at capacity without driving all the way there.
There are lots of options for classes and the egym is nice!
The facility is always very clean and well kept up. Staff is very friendly and nice. The only thing I would change is if they could keep the men’s and women’s main bathrooms open until the facility closes at 9pm. They are often closed at 7 o’clock at night. I wish they could save those to clean last, but it’s a small problem.
I loved the steam room and the workout room.
I’m a lap swimmer and your pool and facilities are absolutely amazing. I love swimming here!
I like the size of the gym. I love the sauna. Everyone is friendly. I have a membership to the pool as well and my only complaint is that the hours aren’t great. They open too late and close too early. I wish it was open until 8
Very clean, wide variety of workout classes
Pool is too cold. I started going to the Y on 168th and Q because their pool is much warmer. The facility is very nice and kept up very well. I would give the facility a 10 if the pool was warmer.
