I had difficulty from the time of the quote until getting the work scheduled, it took about 2 months. The ball was dropped somewhere in between the time of the quote and the work being scheduled. But once they were aware of it, they were on top of it and got the work done in a timely manner.

I moved into a new house about a year ago. All of the toilets seem to be a little cheap in that:
