The water is too cold

I would give it a 10 but the pool is too cold , most of us that take aqua fit are seniors and arthritis. We have complained many times time , They make it a bit more comfortable then back to cold

The atmosphere is welcoming and the full time staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment is fabulous. Really love yoga with Shannon, Rianne, Pete and his wife - others not so much. Jenn and Ullia are amazing. Love the chair fit! I believe if there was a better description of what to expect with yoga it would be helpful:)

Pool water has been too cold last week
Warm water in family change room shower has been very intermittent
Odor from drains in family change room need daily treatment especially with children’s camp and swimming lessons
Life guards have been dropping tables in the pool during our aquafit class ……getting ready for swimming lessons…..instead of waiting for our time to be over….not safe
Vanastra pool is undergoing maintenance and it will be hard to invite those members to Goderich during that time
Water temperature has been fairly consistent until the last 7-10 days
You will lose a lot of revenue if our large class boycotts

Love ❤️ the classes in the evenings, I wish there was more classes offered in the evenings

You need to redo the men's change room. It's old and tired.

It would be nice if you only had to pay for a swim pass instead of for the whole y as that’s all we use and it can be very expensive when you are on a pension.other than that it’s great.

Absolute the best thing you can do for yourself, being a member of the Y is physically socially and mentally the best for your well being

This is a great facility, with lots of options and activities, great hours, helpful staff.

i like the comunity feeling. I like the evening aquafit as it allows for morning appointments.

Members in the classes are always fun and the instructors try so hard to give us a good, fun workout.

I just came back after a 3 month hiatus. I use the pool and that's about it. In reality, the folks who go to aquafit are your bread and butter - we pay the highest fees (twice as much as I did in Brantford for less than half the number of aquafit classes). We get the pool for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the morning. EVERY SINGLE DAY I was there last week (Monday, Thursday and Friday) - the lane swimmers were allowed to swim right until 9, on Thursday, the aquafitters at the back were made to move by Roo or Jordan so that someone could take a test and the lane markers were put back in at 9:45 every day so those of us who like to water walk weren't allowed to. On Friday, while a woman was doing aquafit up at the front, two swimming coaches put the tables in for swimming lessons before the aquafit class was even over. That is utterly unacceptable considering how much we pay. If we all put our memberships on hold in protest, your operating costs would suffer profoundly. It may come to that.
The aquafit seniors get very little respect or consideration.

There is lots to do, and the place looks good, I wasn't told the lockers are only day use and I had my new lock cut off, but other than that everything is good

I only take part in aquafit. So glad there is also a Saturday aquafit class now too. The variety of instructors and the variety of types of movements and music are appreciated. You can count on me being there.

The women's change room. Who ever designed this area needs to review it. Was the thought of installing benches down the middle with lockers along sides. It is very difficult right now in the morning when so many classes going to manage getting dressed.

Great staff, great facilities.

Pool is clean, spacious, warm, well staffed. Instruction is good. Locker rooms are large, clean and plenty of lockers. It is easy to park. Hours are good, lots of Aquafit classes.

Staff is the best we have seen. So helpful and friendly. Everyone seems to prioritize providing a good experience. This encourages people to use the facility to become healthier. A plus. Facility nice too. So happy with everything. Will recommend to others!

Lovely, well-equipped, local gym. Longer weekend hours would be great, and showers in women’s washroom are looking a little grubby.

We "lap-a-holics" need Sunday Service", otherwise we go "cold turkey" missing our "fix"!
