Extremely expensive to repair a little hole on a water pipe. All the tech did was cut the sheetrock to find the burst pipe right away and replace the little piece. He spent probably 10 minutes in the whole process and charged me $428, including a discount !!

We keep a spray bottle filled with the solution below on the counter and use it as needed. We apply sealer once a year. •1/2 cup rubbing alcohol•2 cups water•8 drops dawn dish soap

I had to have foundation repair done about 10 years ago. They gave me a lifetime warantee but they are no longer in business. What can I do to fix a problem?
