Working with Friar Tux was great! I used them for my wedding, and from beginning to end, everything worked out really well, and the suits themselves looked great. There were a couple of communication issues because we used two different stores as we were moving at that time. That led to some confusion between us and the stores, but we were able to ultimately get things figured out, and everyone who helped us was very nice.

Originally I had gone to Men’s Warehouse and found out that they couldn’t help me in the time I needed. So I was told to check out Friar Tux and I went and was able to fitted and get my suit in time for my event.

The guy who helped me was one of them smooth bruthas who turned me from a regular guy into a true playa with just a suit and some advice about wearing them. I told him "gimme a bigger size...I feel like im gonna rip this jacket when I reach down like this". He says...whatchu doin that for. Just stand up and look good. So I did! Event was great. I showed up and showed out!

I was able to get exactly what I wanted and quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful. The price was do reasonable and I was able to have 10 full days to return the tux, which was helpful because I needed it for a wedding overseas. The tailoring was done in 2 days and fit like a glove.

Great customer service great prices .

We ordered the tie and pocket square and it wasnt there when we went for it. Were told we didn't have to be told why it wasnt with the other items. She was rude and said we just had to pick it up after 4 the next day. Said we hadn't ordered it- even though we had the receipt that we did order it.

Dennis and his team over at the Lakewood, CA store were absolutely AMAZING. From the initial fitting process to the final fitting process, everything went as smooth as it possibly could. He took great care of me and my groomsman as well as my groomsman from Florida and my family. Everything arrived on time and the item(s) that didn’t fit were ready early the next day as promised. I just didn’t like the disrespect when we got there to size. My son and I was disagreeing with this guy white guy. He didn’t like that me disagreeing with him about the way I want my son to look so he put me off on another black guy that’s the part that I didn’t like you came to us. You should’ve finished with us, but I will send everybody to the store but y’all need to fix that prejudice that y’all have in that store.

We had a group of 4… one of 4 picked up at the Brea location received a different tie and pocket square… and they also received dress Tux studs for the dress shirt buttons while the other 3 of us did not receive them.

The staff at the Lakewood location is very professional,helpful, knowledgeable they are everything that you can ask for.

Had to go in a 2nd time to get properly fitted and order corrected both in size and missing clothing item.

One Cuff link not in pkg day of event. Too late to go pick up another. Had to borrow from neighbor.

Store Mgr was very professional and didn't charge for missing item.
