My event hasn't happened yet and you are sending me emails over and over to rate you.

Returned my tux & rest of pants-shirt-vest- coat. Also returned my son’s & grandsons at 10:30 on Monday morning. The wedding had been on Saturday night a couple of hours from Irvine. When I returned the 3 sets of clothing; the one employee at the counter was helping someone else. He said just leave it & I’ll text you the receipt tonight. I said that’s ok I’ll wait for you so I can make sure everything was returned & I have a receipt for all three. Your employee copped an attitude because I wanted the receipts for all 3 & wasn’t going to leave until I got it!!! The rest of employees were doing inventory. 30 minutes later I got the receipt that everything had been returned appropriately!!!

I was provided the wrong color socks for the event. I was unaware due to the order being placed by the groom until the day of the wedding when I was the only one with a different pair of socks. Upon return the rental, the shop I returned the items to stated there was nothing they could do in regards to a refund or compensation for the mistake.

It was nice to have the tux for a week before my event. I work four days a week and it is tough to get to a business that late in the evening to pick up a tuxedo before your event.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Friar Tux to anyone and I don't understand why it's located anywhere near the luxury shops of South Coast Plaza. I was part of a wedding that rented through here and I received the suit way too late, plus the sizing I received was so off from what was originally fitted. Being part of the wedding party, I had zero time to get it fixed and had to wear a different suit to the wedding. On top of that, I offered to buy the suit jacket to get it tailored to my body and was rejected. Disappointment all around.

Very professional. Really took time to make sure everything fit right. This was my daughter’s wedding. So perfection was the upmost important thing. You guys nailed it! Thank you so much!

The service was excellent. My guy Gilberto was so helpful. And he had me looking stylish when I left. Also she said yes so clearly the suit did its job.

Quality of the jacket is wearing out around collar. Vest and tie were also showing age.

better communication/reminders for returning rentals

The tux, shirt and shoes all fit well and were in excellent condition. I received excellent service from the initial fitting through the pickup and return process.

I liked the customer service, Excellent staff but I would like to find an online catalog with photos so I can choose my outfit for upcoming events.
