There was pluses and negatives. I think the pricing was decent for where I ended even though I had to explain I wouldn't go higher than that multiple times. The quality is really good, but the manager that measured everything got it horribly wrong because the installers had to go buy 2X4's to make sure the length made it to the bottom and they didn't update pricing for all the missing inches.. but I'm confident if I needed more they would've charged for it. The installers did a great job, but the shades do still get stuck from time to time.. so that's why it's a 3 out of 5. Major places to improve.

We weren't too happy.

When I bought the room I was given an impression the ventilation system we got would decrease the temperature inside by 20 degrees .. that wasn’t correct for. There is only one installer in my area who didn’t install the venting system correctly initially. I have had 2 screens getting stuck with in 6 months

The process to get started took 11 months. I placed the order for my sunroom April 14 2021....the order was not submitted until June sometime because they said the manager was out for training...Ok now because of shipping problems. My sunroom was not started until March 2022. It is now May 15 2022 sunroom still not complete. They have received full payment for the sunroom but the project is not finished because of manufacturing issue. They had almost a full year to get correct. Very disappointing

It was difficult to set up an appointment to do the installation. They could only do it on Sundays, when I decided to cancel is when they got me a different day.

They were very unresponsive and not helpful. I felt like I was disrespected by the lady named Janet.

The subcontractor made a complete mess of the sun room that I am still waiting for them to fix. They cut a wire that caused the electrical outlets in half of my house not to work. I have spent an additional $850 to hire an electrician to repair. The floor was not put down right; the cuts were bad. They did not take the trash, costing me an additional $700 to hire someone to dispose of the debris. The project manager came in the beginning, but was not onsite throughout the project.

They don't keep their word. They don't show up on time. There's no communication.

They came and we did the first project, we did kitchen to put the work, they made a great design. We were really happy. In the second project we put cathedral above the living room.

The sun room is amazing, and a god send a controlling the temperature in the room.

The windows are beautiful, and I was satisfied with the service.

I realize we are in difficult times with COVID, but I think the customer service was not good. Not the quality of the construction, but the ability to get the window replaced which was holding up the sale of my home.

They took a long time to get the windows put in. They messed up a couple of windows. I had to wait a while for them to get the right windows in and the job completed.

They need to have better communication. For months I was ignored and they measured wrong and I just got my window after ordering months ago.

This is based on the product and not the service itself.
