Liza always listens and cuts my hair to what I want and it looks great

It’s usually pretty good here, but the last time was not great. The hair was left way too long and the cut was not what I was hoping for.

Brenda was excellent. The haircut was fantastic. I got lots of compliments.

My stylist was great! I gave her free reign over shaping my beard to compliment my face shape, and it looks great!

I did not get the cut requested at all.

Though it was a fairly standard cut, Lynn was meticulous… and very personable!

The business practices seem very lazy. I use to take my sons and I to the metro locations and the stylist were welcoming wanted us in their chair, ready for the next person. In northern Colorado it seems to be the absolute opposite, kids haircut “whatever” butcher this one, hurry up, I’m done, break time. Just highly disappointed and you probably won’t care what I have to say just seems pretty lazy and not the Floyd’s I’m use to.

Location and staff

Lynn was available and had a great personality and energy. I needed a haircut and Mustache Goatee trim badly. She got me all shaped up and I have gotten several compliments one my Haircut including from my wife!

My visit this time had buckets catching water from the ceiling. Water leak, should probably maintenance. Had staff tending to this instead of cutting hair.

I had one good experience with Jordan ( she is very good) but the last two have not been very good.

The haircut doesn’t even look like the photo I provided. The “fade” is straight lines. I had mentioned that the haircut was not like the photo and I was told it’s because the example had curly hair and mine is straight (both my hair and the example are wavy hair, definitely not curly). I had been going to Floyd’s for a while but I will find elsewhere to go from now on

There is one barber in the windsor shop that has a very loud mouth. It is agitating. Play music that is soothing
