Great availability, barber was quick and professional, accepted feedback and accommodated requests

I usually get a good haircut from this location, however not this time. I asked to have the same length (1.5 in) taken off the bottom and from the layers. My shortest layers went from an inch below my ear lobe to not even touching the top of my ear. None of the layers are blended. My hair looks like rungs on a ladder. Very choppy. I'm wearing my hair pulled back with hair clips until it grows out.

I’ve taken my son there twice with different people. Cutters don’t understand the difference between a quarter inch ask and cutting two inches. His haircut was one of the most **** *** things I’ve ever seen.

I usually never complain but honestly worst haircut/beard trim ive ever gotten my hair got cut way to short on one side and my beard turned into a chin strap I look terrible I would like to be refunded my 70$ I have pictures to prove how bad it is

I payed $40 dollars!!! for my 11 month baby he cry and cry so that haircut was done in5 minutes when I got home he has marks on his neck and by his ears.

By the time I left Floyd’s, I didn’t look like a nutty math professor.
Cris had me looking far more put together than I actually am.

Level of service and quality of employees had continued to fall off to a noticeable and unacceptable level. This used to be our go to location and we will be seeking out other options for our hair care.

Ashley did exactly what my son wanted. We had a hard time finding someone willing to do a hair design and she did amazing. She was even willing to fit in my younger child for just the hair design so he didn’t feel left out. Could not be happier! Thanks again!

Friendly (both the hair stylist, and the person who checked me in looked right at me as she was taking down my info for the appt). Efficient, the hair stylist listened to what I wanted, and gave me choices, “So when you said … do you mean you would like… or … ?”). These are among many other good things that she/they did.

Good quick service, Evelyn does a great job cutting my hair.

Super easy scheduling! I paid for the shampoo service and she forgot to do it during the appt but went back and did it after the cut was done. Cut was a little uneven in the front but luckily my son's hair grows fast so not too big a deal. Just a little weird.

Some stylists are great; others, not so much.

I liked Betsy very much and she did a nice job fixing the last barbers mistakes. I will definitely schedule with her again. The last barber i used at Floyd's i am convinced was high as a kite on drugs so I quit coming to Floyd's. Betsy made it right.

I got a good haircut & beard trim from Betsy. She's become my "go to " for hair care. Their skin/hair products are good also.

Hair cut was done professionally well! Fading looks great! Styling was not done, however was really needed, considering that styling is what we come for as well as haircut. If it would be done I’d give 10 out of 10.
