The manager, Phoenix (if I recall correctly), was professional and promptly addressed my concern when I called back to comment on the service I had received.

To be honest, this is the worse haircut I’ve ever had. The barber didn’t listen to anything I said and even did things I specifically said not to do. I asked her why she cut the back when I specifically said not to and she replied “oh I just took a little bit off the back but not much”. I literally showed her pictures and videos of my own hair exactly the way I wanted it from a previous hair cut when I lived in Denver. I understand there is going to be some room for error or interpretation, but this is literally not the same hair cut at all.

She finished the whole cut in under 15 minutes and took off way too much hair. On top of all that, she didn’t even do things evenly. Both side burns were edged unevenly and in different directions. The left side of my head is not tapered in a straight line. It starts with a bulge, then goes up high, then goes back down.

This is not the hair cut I wanted. But what drives me to leave this review is that it is objectively just bad. It’s not straight, the “fade” is quite the opposite of a fade. Lines aren’t straight. The 2 sides of my head aren’t even.

I am going to have to get it fixed by another barber but there truly isn’t much hair left to fix so I really don’t know what they’re going to do.

This was my first visit to trim my mustache and goatee. Sonia was super helpful and did a great job making it look better than it ever had with self grooming. Will return to her from now on. Excellent!

My favorite stylist is Alyssa L - she does top notch work and is a really nice person to chat with while she works. Everyone there is wonderful and I'm not averse to booking with someone if my schedule doesn't align with Alyssa, but she's always my first choice!

Skin fade was rushed and when I got home I realized it was completely uneven and patches of hair were missed. I had also scheduled a shampoo that did not happen. I felt rushed out the door and ended up going to Floyd’s again (in Long Beach) the next day to get it fixed (Floyd’s LBC was great)

Fast and consistent

Phoenix was great- listened well to what I wanted and was very pleasant to talk to. Excellent cut.

First time I went I asked for a fade and just got chopped up. Second time I ask for a trim and it’s mediocre, but I expected it this time. What I didn’t expect is to get cut on a neck shave. Hair grows back that’s fine, but customers shouldn’t be getting cut.

Everyone there is super friendly. I love the way Alyssa does my hair, she really listens to me. I also like the music.

After I head one of the best haircuts I've had in years, I switched to Floyd's bass on my wife's recommendation to try it out. Frankly, it was the best haircut I've ever had. I had several other cuts, and they never were equal to the first as if the numerical cut instructions were not being followed. And I had met. I have poor eyesight hand hearing that is less than optimal. The last year cut I had with Maria why awful. Am I had to ask for an eyebrow cut and a back net shave. I'm not sure what happened, but she seemed to lose attention to me a lot a lot.

The stylist asks me as soon as I sit in the chair what exactly do I want. They also answer my questions about the care of my hair, and if I should try using a safety razor in the shower. They don't rush the cut, eager to get to the next customer. Phoenix does a terrific job, putting a great deal of time and focus into cutting my hair. I feel heard and that he gets what I'm looking for. I also appreciate chatting with him on current events, as he is intelligent and savvy of the issues going on in our country and abroad.
