Clean store. Welcoming front desk staff. Music was at the perfect volume and was FUN.

Please read Additional Comments below. Just asking for transparency, I have recommended and visited this place with a friend before too, just left with a bitter taste after my last visit.

First time there, they understood what I wanted, because of my having surgery on my head in a couple of weeks, I was hesitant on even getting a cut! But I was quite pleased, will probably go back before surgery for a trim. Gotta look good for the hospital!!!

The price was not what i was quoted online and i was suppose to have my first shampoo free but was also charged.

I told the guy 3 times I just wanted my hair layered and not to take a lot off. He obviously didn’t know what layering meant, he made about 6 small cuts and said I was done. I questioned this and he tried showing me the layers he cut. I just gave up, paid $42 for this abortion and left. Didn’t get his name, he has No business cutting hair, Ever!

This was my first time at Floyd’s. From when I walked in there where 2 employees at the front desk engaged in a conversation with a another lady and I stood there for 3 to 4 minutes as they finished there conversation and asked how they can help me.

They were cool, laid back, knowledgeable, and precise!
