After I got home I realized there were a ton of longer hairs still that didn’t get hit. She should have went multiple directions a couple times to make sure it was all even.

Fast service. Not as busy, Easter to get an appointment. My favorite stylist is there now!

Kim was amazing. I have been going to another young lady for the last three years getting my hair done some days. I was happy some days I wasn’t but with Kim I felt like she really listened. She heard what I needed. She recommended she was just very kind and cared. I’m 65 years old. I wanted to look young again. I woke up this morning. Did my hair and I felt young again she did an amazing awesome fantastic job on my hair. I Thank her so much for the way I felt today.

Cass was awesome. My current hair length has been in flux and she was helping me find my "look". I LOVE it!

First, the store is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Jenny is there.

My stylist Cass is very focused on doing her best by asking me all the right questions to help her give me the hairstyle I want. I’m very happy with every cut and style Cass has given me.

Pixie is a superstar! Glad to se that Kai (also exceptional) brought her in as "Deputy Commander"

Look, I'm pretty sure Pixie broke every rule of customer service I could possibly think of:

-Telling the customer they're wrong
-Talking **** the whole time
-No service with a smile mentality

Unironically though, it's the best haircut I've had in a decade. As far as customer service it was so incredibly genuine and straightforward that it was honestly kind of refreshing and funny.

I'll stand by the fact she was right and told me so. Making sure I wouldn't walk out of there with another crappy haircut.

I'm glad she had the guts enough to say it to my face and to help me get things right. She might not be for everyone but no stylist is and I hope you know she is an asset to the barbershop for her transparency. That's not easy trait to come by but it's an extremely valuable one.

I liked my old shop but they didn’t take appointments. The appointment system matters a lot. It’s taken some time to find my preferred barber because of high turnover.

Pixie, my hairstylist, is fantastic. She does a great job cutting my hair, works quickly, and always has great conversations.

Maybe it was because it was the end of the night day before Mother’s Day but I felt rushed and as if my barber did not have the time to actually do what was needed. I asked for a skin fade and was told because it was not booked that way we wouldn’t have the time for it. When my wife made a suggestion where it would be better so I could go longer before getting a haircut the barber shared with me at the chair that we were running into his next clients time. I barely got brushed off and was feeling hair on me for a while after. I did not feel that I was taken care of well and felt like I was just being pushed through.

Kai Podges is unmatched! The best person and heart on the planet. Cuts hair like her life depends on it… absolutely the best.

Pixie gave me the best haircut I have ever received.

The cut has obvious errors and was generally asymmetrical. The service was cool with one word replies (no to every question) and a general feel that somehow I was an inconvenience with my request for a haircut. And after having quality service from Teresa in the past, I know it was not her normal demeanor. And unfortunately, by being turned away from the mirror and not being given a chance to see what the back looked like I could not ask for the much needed corrections. Thus how can I recommend the service to someone else?
