Had an appointment and stylist was behind by 20 minutes. Manager said next cut would be 50% off because of delay. That did not happen.

Very nice friendly environment, service and pricing was exactly as advertised on the website. Even though I bought products, there was no pressure sales, only advice on achieving the style I wanted. Lastly, my barber/stylist, Nicole, took the time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted , and she was able to execute it perfectly! I’ve been looking for a new barber for a while after my old one moved away. Had a few disappointing experiences along the way, but I couldn’t be happier that I found Floyd’s and especially Nicole!

Price for a kids burst fade at $45 is crazy.

Always a great experience getting my haircut at Floyd’s and I always get a great cut. My barber always takes time to listen to my preferences and gives recommendations.

One of the best haircuts I’ve had.

The first time was ok but the barber took forever, second time same barber as first hardly cut my sons hair so we didn’t come back for a while and I cut his hair the last two times, Also, I have never cut hair and did better than the young man did.
This time the service was awesome and fast no complaints at all!

Prices are borderline non-competitive, and too high. I plan to return because of the service I receive, but any more price
Increases and I won’t return.

All around an excellent experience… from the greeting to the stylist - i won’t go anywhere else. Would recommend you to anyone! I particularly was impressed that the stylist had such positive things to say about the owners and the culture - as a business owner, that means a lot. Overall - far exceeded my expectations!
