I would have liked more active input into my haircut, such as suggestions or questions. I wasn’t sure exactly how to say what I wanted- and I usually want opinions/suggestions from the barber on what they think will look good (since they’re a professional and I’m not). I might recommend them for color though. And I’m definitely not saying I wouldn’t come back, I’d just have more of a plan if I was gonna be more on my own like that.

Anthony was awesome. I’ve gotten a buzz cut for 18 years in a row and I wanted to change it up. I asked him for advice and talked through the “new” haircut with him. He was gracious enough to give me advice and listen to what I liked or didn’t like about his recommendations. Fantastic customer service and my wife loves the haircut.

For $100 including tips, that was the worst haircut and beard trim I've gotten in the last 10 years. There was no finish to either my haircut or beard, though she did manage to get the beard shape right but completely bad/no fade when requested finish was a medium fade. No neck support provided when trimming beard, resulting in a sore neck for an hour. I almost never leave bad reviews, it's not good for business or anyone working there but considering I had to spend an extra hour going to another barber and spending an extra $85 there fixing my hair and beard, I'm left with little choice. I would even welcome a partial or full refund, if that's something the business is ok with.
