Always pleased when I go to Floyd’s!

My son has locks. He gets an edge up around the front, sides, and neck. It’s not a full hair cut. Just around the edge and you charge like he got a full hair. It takes 10 mins and a full haircut takes 30 but I’m paying like it’s a full head getting cut. It shld be $20 at the most.

I've been twice to the Mansfield location, i have not been impressed either times. Both times i was disappointed with the experience. It's a premium haircut and premium prices, but the quality and experience fired not reflect. I think management is to blame. There needs to be more training.

Nathan P needs more training and took an hour on my botched haircut that would normally take about 10-15 mins. It was slow so the staff definitely noticed how long it was taking but didn’t intervene or say anything.

Employees are generally as talkative as you are, as in matching your vibe/tone
