Great cut! The entire staff is friendly and the shoppe is clean and organized.

They actually take walk ins. Most have a sign wall ins welcome but never takes them. Also, the name is Floyd's barber shop but my gal is much more than military cuts, she does it all and she does color.

Rosie always gives a fabulous cut and Michelle, at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly, greeting me by name.

Went in for an over due trim . Klover worked her magic as always! Finding a stylist as a curly haired girly has always been an issue but she always nails it 💣 The shop itself is very nice ,loved the ambiance !

My problem with Floyd's is once I find a good stylist that knows what I want and I feel comfortable with them, they eventually leave. Then I have to start all over again. The last time I called to book an appointment, the woman at the front desk couldn't figure out who I had gotten a haircut from before, so she set me up with a random new person I had never seen working there.

I brought my grandpa here because I thought it would be fun. I didn't know it would cost us 61 dollars. He's 86 and can't find words, but nonetheless a happy and fun guy. I figured him being a senior meant we weren't charging him a styling fee or whatever. (would have been nice to have been told it was gonna be that too)

The last two times I went I made reservations and they were canceled, shop tried to change my barber without telling me, I waited 45+ mins, or the barber didn’t show up at all.

From booking to the haircut, the experience was exactly what I am looking for in a barbershop.

I didnt get what I asked for and when I brought it up I got a bunch of excuses.

My haircut took literally AN HOUR, my SO found stuff to fix when I got home (part was crooked, uneven cut from the top).

It was unprofessional, and the guy cut my hair did very bad , which I went to another place to fix my hair

I have been coming to this location for years and I love the quality and service I receive.

I cannot believe you guys are charing full price for haircuts and people cannot even give a proper fade. This is a training issue. I was lucky that I booked another service with my haircut that allowed that person so fix the sides of my cut before i left but when i saw the back when I got home I became extremely upset. I cannot believe I spent $50 to look this stupid.
