I like the atmosphere and the kindness everyone brings

I liked the quality of the cut and style and feel that I can trust Becca to give me a style I l8je.

Becca and Michael were so patient and nice to my boys. I appreciate their patience with me and my boys!

The people running the shop were super nice and Becca is amazing. She’s always able to recreate exactly what I’m asking for, even if my requests are a little unclear. She’s literally a wizard with the shears and an attuned artist with the hair. It’s insane and she is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. She’s also an amazing person and I always love talking to her. I’m a little awkward, so the fact that she’s so easy and fun to talk to is really great.
Becca also explains a lot of what she’s doing and answers my question about her techniques, which makes me feel better as I like to get “trust the process” types of haircuts.
She also went in after she blow dried (which took forever bc of my thick hair) and took the time to touch up everything, like getting down to eye level with the ends of my hair to make sure it was perfect (and it IS perfect).
You guys are super lucky that she’s continued to work at Floyd’s over the years. So am I lol.

My 11 yo son had the time of his life!! After his fade was done he called to tell me “MOM! They shampooed my hair!! The fade is so good!” Thank you for making him feel and look great!

Mike did a great job on my haircut. He was a professional while cutting hair. Normally I don’t really like going to get a hair cut but Mike made it a great time. He was easy to talk to and really paid attention to detail. Great job! I found a person I can keep coming back to.

The vibe of the place was cool, the staff welcomed me immediately and took me in the chair a whole hour early. I had a booking but got off work early so I popped by to try my luck. They had me sitting immediately. Abogail was my stylist and she did an amazing job. The Geneva location is lucky to have her and I'll be going back to her exclusively. She did that good.

Rosie was amazing. Moved back to the suburbs after a stint in Southern California and she has given me the best haircut in a long time. Highly recommend, but not too much, I still want to be able to book;)

Knowledge of different styles. Listening to what I'm looking for in my style and giving me good advice feedback on how to style and what kind of hair products to use.

Service was easy- cut (head and beard) was good. Didn't take too long. Wash stations at each chair was nice to not have to relocate. Appreciated the warm towel.
