Price is getting a little too high for the quality of the cuts and the high turn over of barbers/stylist.

It’s not about disappointing it’s more consistency, I have gone there 4 different times and each time it’s crazy different and my hair and beard are never done the same. You guys are close and I work crazy hours so it is what it is.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst haircuts my child has received. The sides are uneven, the fade is poorly blended, and the overall shape looks messy and unfinished. I paid for a professional haircut and this does not meet basic quality expectations.

Haircut was good. When you call me to tell me come in early and I do and I still wait until and past my appointment time. It’s just not cool. Honestly should have just finished what I was doing and than came in at my appointment time. My fault for coming in early.

The service is great, consistent, friendly staff. I appreciate the ease of the online scheduling tool. The services are pricey, even for a basic haircut, I wish they offered more deals and promos.

It’s just the expense, everything else is great! I would go more often if it were priced lower.
