Horrible hair cut. The stylist was just rude. Did not talk had a angry face and a horrible attitude.

Whitney does a great job. She’s been cutting my hair for a while ago and takes great care of me.

I decided to get my hair trimmed here since I was bringing my kids. NEVER AGAIN. I was booked with Dani L. She was sweet, but I hair is CHOPPED. I have mid length layered hair and only asked for a trim. After cutting, she styled it slightly curled, so I wasn't able to tell how AWFUL the layers were at the time (yesterday). I straightened my hair this morning and saw that the layers are completely straigh across ans do not blend at all. It looks like my 5 year old took scissors to my hair in my sleep. I called and explained everything, offered to come in so they can see it and offered to send a pic as well. I was told the manager would call me back in a bit. FIVE hours go by, and no call back. So I called again, then was told she is too busy and won't be able to talk to me until tomorrow. If this was just minimally bad, I'd wait... bit this looks terrible. And to tell me I have to wait until tomorrow just to even speak with her is unacceptable. I will never be coming here again, and if you're a woman I'd suggest you never come here either.

Stylists all decent or above

I showed up 15 minutes early and was not seated with my baber / stylists until 15 after my appointment time. Nobody stated they were running late

For a base haircut, price is not competitive enough to warrant selecting this chain compared to local barbers. $40 is too high of a price point.

Aime was awesome. Very easy to be around. She is interesting and cool to talk with. I am basic - just a buzz... but great shaping around the perimeter, perfect length, very relaxing shampoo.. all much appreciated. Also did a straight edge shave, Aime was very gentle and thorough. That was truly a lovely a meditation on detail and attention. I hope to make this a refreshing ritual every few months.
