I went here because it had good reviews but now I know people only reviewed it well to get the discount the apply when you review on Google Maps. One of the employees was yelling at her kids over the phone next to me during my haircut. The haircut itself was decent, but my request for the sides to be done a specific way was ignored.

I could not remember exactly who Amanda had recommended when she had to leave the shop I thought it might be the barber I was given that was a mistake. However when I asked for the best in the house and I could wait days if I needed to because my hair is everything to me in my business. I received a cut from someone who didn’t even have a barber license and was in school to get it. Not even given me what I asked for and questioning every cut and clip she did. I was trying to relax and a good shop but could not even do that. In my opinion and from this experience that person is probably not the best in the house.. Now I have to wait another two weeks and try again to find a person as good as Amanda was. This is not to be anything personal to the person who cut my hair she just was not what I asked for. Thanks for hearing me out.

I used online booking to book 3 services. The store ignored those, didn’t read the order, only performed haircut. I was planning to pay for a shampoo, styling, and a shave; these requests were ignored. What’s the point of the booking application if it’s ignored?

My service was great. This is the second time I have used Julie and my hair cut has been exactly what I asked for both times. Floyd's provides a great atmosphere along with a fair price.

My barber was so late (looked like he took on a client 5 minutes before my appointment) that I set there for almost 30min and was eventually put with someone else when I asked to cancel.

Hair was cut decent, sides were un even and stylist rushed and finished my cut in 20 min then went home.
