Emily was more than competent and very kind.

Carlee listens carefully and works with my weird hair to give me the cut that works well & lasts.

Unfortunately I have to say it was the worst haircut i have ever had. Can’t be specific just odd the stylist held the clippers with both hands and was doing super short cuts not the normal longish slide.

My stylist, Julie D, has so much amazing experience and it showed!! She was able to give me the haircut I really wanted and a beautiful job on the color in record time!!!

Julie the hair stylist asked me what I would like, as I began to explain to her what I wanted she interrupted me to tell me the a taper and a fade are the same thing and that she would be sure to not take too much off the top (I requested 90% be left behind I just wanted it evened up on top) and she took about %40 of my length off top and didn't give me a mid taper or a mid fade.... Argh!.. but I didn't trust that she would react maturely if I told her the cut I got isn't what I described. She mentioned it was her last cut of the work week so I went back the next day to get it corrected and they did an alright job but didn't want to hear about my experience yesterday. To be clear I didn't say anything extreme, I just said Julie didn't listen to me yesterday, not with malicious intent, just to give feedback to the team so they can be privy to it and they immediately started getting defensive which definitely made me feel that how my experience with them sent didn't matter at all. The barber who corrected the cut did a good job on the back salvaging what was left over..
