I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..and thats coming from someone who has gotten my hair cut there for the past 3 years.

Very pleased with hair cut.

The stylist that was supposed to vut my hair never showed up apparently. Neither of the guys working at the front desk bothered to tell me. I had to go get another stylist and interrupt her.

worst haircut of my life. spent $50 for the barber to poke in my ears, tie my hair up, cut only one side of my head, then rush me out 45 minutes in. might never come back here

I brought my 6yo son in for a messy cut, very popular with the kids. I showed the stylist an example picture of the cut, and he left looking like Alfred E. Newman. I have gone to Floyd’s since 2005 back in CO, but this was so bad I didn’t bring him back for a fix worried it would be more of the same. Bad haircuts happen, but this was just disappointing.

The appointment wasn’t written down after I had to reschedule. But that was ok another stylist (Brook) offered to cut my hair, All worked out well. I am totally satisfied with how Brook handled my appointment and my cut. Thanks Brook

Last cut elsewhere was a great disappointment. Alexis took extra time to fix those problems and did everything she could to give me a style I like again.
