We checked multiple local roofing companies before deciding on Excel.We visited other addresses where they installed roofs, we compared prices, and most importantly we were pleased with the prompt scheduling of an installation date.Excel roofing had the best schedule, the finest workmanship and were reasonably priced. They had a large and very efficient crew.If we could give a higher rating than 5 stars we would.Gail and Gene

Areas Of Satisfaction
Areas Of Satisfaction - We were most satisfied with how efficient the crew removed the old roof and installed the new. We were also pleased to have the owner of the company come out to see how the job was progressing.Although we have a lot of landscape shrubs and trees close to the house, no damage was done to any of it.Sergio and the crew addressed any concerns we had during installation, such as: assuring all shingles lay flat, locating the new vent fan, locations for the ridge vents etc.All of our expectations were exceeded. We had three rain showers during the two days of installation, and the crew stayed up on top to be sure the underlayment was water tight despite getting very wet themselves.We had no water problems.

Current Referrals - Yes. We live in a community where many of the homes are 20 years old. We will be speaking with our neighbors and the Home Owner's Association. We will also be handing out business cards.
