Jon's lifelong commitment to his craft and passion made him a natural in the painting trade, and has led him to strike off on his own, becoming one of Canada's Top Painting & Decorating Companies for 7 years in a row, as voted by Homestars. REPLACING MY WINDOWS WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE SALES REP ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE CONTRACT, INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITH CARE OF THE PREMISES AND THE PRODUCT SINCE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY.

I would build a stud wall and get rid of the recessed niche. Once done you will have plenty of support in securing the TV mount.

Do I have any recourse for a builder not installing gutters as shown in the plan/drawings? Bought 2 1/2 years ago.
