Excellent job.

They did a good job. There is only one piece of the ridge cap that I was disappointed with, and it sticks up in the north, and with the wind, it blows around. We laid the roof at the right time of year, and I am satisfied with the roof.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I could trust all of them.

Several houses in our area have been re-roofed and I've noticed that some did not appear to be handled as well as ours. The others took longer and some did not have the tarps and other material to protect the house and catch the nails, old shingles, etc.

I would recommend Elliott Roofing without hesitation. This is the third roof they have done for us over the years. I recommended Elliott to my next door neighbor recently, and he seems very satisfied with his new roof and with Elliott.

Everyone at Elliott has provided excellent service!! Beginning with Michael Garrett who came to check the roof and start the claim process with insurance; to Ethen who scheduled the roofing crew, gutters and garage door replacement (all 3 jobs finished during the same week); and Chris King who made sure the metal roof for our shop building was, first of all, the correct material and then supervised the crew, all made sure we were asked if the schedules were ok with us and let us know if there were any changes. The whole process with Elliott was seamless!!!

Michael Pritchett listened to our wants, concerns, addressed every issue thoroughly, and spoke in length with our insurance company. Payton and Preston assisted and supervised with attention to detail and made sure the job was done well. The entire team, including the crew, functioned like a well-oiled machine. Very competent and efficient. Couldn't ask for better.

The length of time from contact to installation was over 6 mo. I'm sure insurance had something to do with this, but still a long time. Also, a few changes in staff made us wonder who our next contact would be. A couple of staff members did a very good job, Josh (I think) from operations and Peyton. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. The billing department was a challenge. They started talking about liens pretty quickley and when I received the final invoice, there was over $300 in late fees added. I felt a little blindsided there. That was Amanda and Jason in billing. I should add that the fees were canceled. Thank you.

I recommend a standard procedural change of an Elliot representative/foreman inspecting the completed work of the subcontractors, making necessary modifications/correction, job site cleanliness, etc before the scheduled customer walkthrough. There is no reason for a customer to play GC and have to be the bad guy on a job.

The Elliott team was very professional from sales through installation. They worked with my schedule to find a time for installation that worked for me. They showed up on time and finished in one day.

Would not recommend due to lack of communication and urgency. It’s been 8mosnand my claim is still open pending other things needing attention that were approved by insurance. This is unacceptable!!

I reside out of state from the property receiving the new roof and made arrangements entirely over the telephone. I appreciate the attention to detail provided especially the clean up and protection of the property during the install. Elliot Roofing's crew did a good job. I am especially impressed with the guys who came and did the work. The team work was really good and they accomplished the job in a short period of time and they got it done very well.

I like the work. I am a happy camper. I paid in full, and I like the roof so far; there are no leaks anywhere I can see.

I have a great deal of confidence with the integrity of their work being good. They got it done and so far, the roof itself, has been fine. They left and took my furniture off of the patio so that they did not damage it, but they did nto put stuff back. It is still sitting in the backyard, in the grass. The lawnmower service will not mow with things in the grass. It has been two weeks since they move it out there and have not come back to replace it. They left my three garage dump things half way between the house and the curb to get them out from under there, where the debris would be coming from. I had to have another person come and move it. They are coming out again to move them to their proper places. They also did not replace the satellite dish properly and I had to have the satellite company come out and redo it. They are having to come out again to do it because something wasn't right the first time. It has been two weeks not that the service repair was done. It seems insignificant, and would have been 20 years ago. I am now 91 years old, I live here alone, I can't walk, I sit and look at those things, knowing that physically I am unable to go out and do simple chores that they neglected to do when they were here. The people were courteous and knowledgeable. I did not have a problem with the price. Other than those little things that should be meaningless, are blown up to extremes because of my age and inability to move and correct them myself. 10 years ago, I could walk, and it would not have been a problem, but now they are big things. Overall, I would call them again. I don't know if I would recommend them, as I am very stingy on recommending things to people about services. If it were my house, i would use them again, yes. However, I would be very specific when they came back to pick up the check and let them know that those things needed to be corrected because I am physically unable to do that. I don't know if another company could have done a better job on what I needed. It is just the small things that needed to be taken care of that I can't do myself since I am restricted to my recliner and TV set.

I had a good roof repair experience through the whole process from estimate to final inspection. The only issue was that I was not being informed that there was a change in personnel at Elliott and my project contact, (Drew) was no longer my contact.
Everyone understands that personnel changes happen, but it would be good for your customer to be informed when it does happen. Total roof repairs are a fairly stressful experience. For the customer this only happens occasionally, the expense is large and there are a lot of moving parts. The customer should not be the last to know.
