Downey Plumbing & Heating grew from a one man, one truck operation into a family business employing three of Shaun's brothers, all with construction management backgrounds. Downey also expanded service from the initial plumbing and heating to include all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—offering customers the convenience of "One Call for All."

The salesman lied about the installation, they lied about it twice. The quality of work is very good, but the communication is a lot to be desired. They said 8-10 weeks, turn into 16 weeks. Besides that the company does good work and I like the job they did.
