All the members of Copper Creek were friendly and responsive to questions asked. It didn't feel like a bother to ask them for updates or questions about the process of the reconstruction.

The Company was fine. Especially Brenda Chavez. Our only issue was the ghosting we got over the final two months from Efrain Mata. We requested (via email) a sit-down with him to address some questions, clarification and concerns we had about the estimated cost of repairs and got no response or sit down with him. Only time he called was when they needed our signature on an insurance check sent to them but made out to us.

There is a hump that outlines my entire ceiling where the work was done. I pointed it out to the team and was told that’s the way it was prior. Im also not satisfied with the paint job. I will not recommend your company based off of those things.
