Installation team arrived right on time, went through a materials checklist, and completed the job nicely in one day, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Balance due was exactly as stated. Final product looked even nicer than I had expected.

The new step in shower exceeded our expectations both in quality and beauty. It is also much safer than the tub it replaced. My wife & I are closing on 80 years of age.

Got suckered with the old bait and switch on the "Lifetime" warranty. Initial install was delayed after they had told me they had received all the parts, and was informed on the day of the install they didn't have the right base and had to postpone. This delayed my floor contractor from finishing up my floor install as well.

The installers were professioonal and neat, and went out of their way to make my experience good.

The floor in the shower is very slippery. When I brought this to their attention, they offered to apply a non-slip coating free of charge. Two things: one of the key selling points of the walk-in shower is safety. A very slippery floor flies in the face of that. Second, if they can apply a non-slip coating after the fact at no cost to me, why wasn’t it applied in the first place?

Im 5"2' my husband is 6"2'. Upon completion of work, installer proudly let's us know he raised the shower head 2 in. REALLY, by the time that water reaches me it s so spread out that I can hardly get soap off my face! So surprised, he consulted with us on every other aspect of installation, " location and height of shelves/ grab bars,etc. But not raising height of shower head!

They needed to come back for an issue, but I am very happy with the final outcome
