Power wash was fine sanding the deck was fine not a professional job on the staining no protection on new patio stain was spilled on patio.i had to touch up many different spots on the new deck.

The on site workers did the best they could with minimal direction. We had to constantly communicate with the company to induce them to provide the service as quoted

The workers seem to be really good. I have used them mostly for painting projects. The only draw back I have is that it is hard to determine when they are going to be here. I live across town and I need to know an approximate time of when they will be here so I can let them in. I think this is more of a supervisory thing than a worker thing.

I had the company out for two or three jobs. For some of the jobs, they had to come back and redo them because they weren't done correctly.

Hired for 2 projects. Sent incompetent staff do do the job. 99% of staff did not speak English. Made it very difficult to communicate. Attempted to reach GM multiple times. He never once bothered to return a phone call.

The sales representative did not understand or take the time to understand the scope of work. But when quoted, the production group did not follow what was on the quote. I had to continually check the work (should have been done by company personnel) and communicate to the company what had not been done. Since my only contact was the salesperson, I contacted him to have him tell me that he is only sales, and I needed to contact Operations and gave me a phone number. I made attempts to contact Operations and did not receive return calls except one time.

I have had painting done by Clean Cut several times and have been very pleased with the work and will definitely call them again!

This company is a scam. Took advantage of someone who was desperate.

The gentleman that were sent to do our project were not qualified. The lack of monitoring of our job especially with out knowing the quality of work that was being provided was lack luster at best. It was even magnified when we were not able to communicate with the painters well with their phone app.

This is the second time I hired Clean Cut. The staff does excellent work. You know the timeline for the project and can plan accordingly. Jake is an awesome person to work with. Prices are good for the professional work that is done.

Polo did work at my house. He was a very good worker. He was kind, friendly, and if I asked him or showed him something to do he immediately took care of it. I would highly recommend him to work for me again.
Donald and Juan were painters at my house. They were so awesome. I never seen two people get so much work done in one day. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable in their work
Of I ask either one of them to do something or found something they needed to do on my house they were right there for me. They both were very professional
I would recommend these two employee painters to anyone that I know. I definitely would like them everytime for myself and I did request them from the first day.

Clean cut workers showed up early every day and did not stop working except for a lunch break. The workers moved and covered everything so as not to get paint on anything.

Poor quality of work. A project that was to take a few days was not complete for 3 months. Poor communication. Still have issues we’re having to correct ourselves. Messy job was done.
