From sales man to accounting department was a disaster

Communications with each other in ordering , receiving, work crew. Making sure all parts are all there before installation starts. Most important that the order is correct as given by the client.

The windows are very well made and have fantastic features.

After six month, my home project still isn't completed. Door measurements after four or more measuring still isn't complete. I've received no real communication from anyone of why this keep happening.

It didn’t take long to get them in. I just wish they would’ve come faster.

I’ve had too many issues with this process. The first order has the wrong size for the windows and they were trying to fill 3-4 inches of space with foam insulation and cover it up with what I call sticky plastic.

There was a lengthy delay from ordering to installation but they did not delay in charging for windows that took months to process plus your free interest was also accruing without installation

Measurements, threshold damage while being installed, caulked with white vs clear sealant around the outside of a cognac color., over screwed nails into upper left corner of frame, trimming not measured correctly on left inside on den and right side left with about an 1 inch., drill holes made in trimmings and was dab with a color and drained down., door not sealed correctly and I can see light underneath bottom of threshold and installers nail in a white board to cover but it didn't work., all of these issues were brought to attention of installer(s) and the one sealing stated he is Portuguese and cont'd. How can a standard door measured 36/35.75 in door fit into the 34 inch wide door that was installed. I spoke with Mr. Cody and I felt that he ignored my concerns and I have text him and have not really heard back from him , I requested a refund but no action yet. I also, ordered a 36 x 81 inch standard door and now had to reorder a 34 x 81 (custom) and wanting to know how to make an appt.

Window installation is still not complete. Windows were installed in October and they only came back two months later because we were not going to make the final payment until the install was finalized. They talked us into making payment and left still never to be heard from again.

Quality and installation of window is very good. Delivery time from placing order was very poor, 14 weeks. Since installation, 10/24, we have been waiting for the glass shelf. Multiple calls to Cody and promises we are still waiting.

After the windows were installed, I noticed right away the difference from before. My house is now like a tomb, so dead still inside. Also, the temperature variance. I am so happy now. Thank You Champion..

Poor quality ...screen is cut and open...there are mis match colors they sprayed to cover up mistakes. For this much money it's embarrassing

Install was 4 weeks past the date we were told, communication with the installer was subpar, the job still is not finished and they have stopped responding to my emails/calls/texts.

The quality of work that I received was excellent. I am so very happy with the end product. The representatives that I came in contact with were all very professional, courteous and thorough.

Customer service you need to have sales people call from a Champion Window’s number. Although they’re gonna correct the order, the two windows that I got in bronze strips came in and white one broken window.

Replace Ryan. She is deceitful and has difficulty communicating with customers. Rryan doesn't take responsibility for her actions. Ryan failed to answer the phone on many occasions. She failed to informed me the status of a serious delay of product. I lost 2 weeks of work waiting on delivery that could have been avoided if there was contact .

Blaine, Ryan, Filipe, Lucas, and Tim all did a terrific job.
